Usually, meatballs elsewhere are a mix of pork and beef, but here they use pure Angus beef, so the beef flavor is super rich. They also mix in bits of beef tendon, making the texture extra bouncy and chewy! The sauce is a tomato herb blend that isn’t overly seasoned, and it really tastes like what you’d get in Italy.
🌟Gamberi Pizza with Prawns
Their pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, so the crust is crispy on the outside and chewy inside. The sauce keeps the base moist but not soggy. The prawn pizza we ordered uses homemade tomato sauce, prawns, buffalo mozzarella, and burrata cheese. The flavor isn’t too strong, but it’s super creamy and cheesy—a standout pizza! 😍
🌟Bistecca Di Controfiletto Sirloin Steak
You can choose tenderloin or sirloin, and I picked the sirloin medium. It comes sizzling on a hot plate, which is super satisfying for both your eyes and nose! The doneness was spot-on, the beef flavor was intense, and the tendons at the edges weren’t tough. The fat was seared to a crispy finish, so even though there wasn’t a lot of fat, it made the steak juicy and rich. 👍🏻

For dessert, you can pick ice cream, panna cotta, or tiramisu. The tiramisu here has a mascarpone layer that’s super creamy, and the ladyfingers are soaked with coffee and coffee liqueur—so fragrant!

Cocktails are $140 for 2. My friend and I tried the Pisco Sour and Sangria Sunrise. The Pisco Sour uses Pisco brandy, egg white, lemon juice, and bitters—it’s pretty tangy and refreshing. The Sangria Sunrise has red wine, fresh orange juice.
