As a new comer to Hong Kong, i realise there are different platform to search for food, and sooooo many differents type of restaurants in each packed area! No doubt i see hongkongers are all gaining weight lol.Back to the topic, as a exchanger from German, previously i went to King Ludwig, but today i would like to try February, because my fds suggested me the pork knuckle is quite interesting.We did actually order a dish of buffalo wings, the source is quite nice and spicy, however its a bit th

 We did actually order a dish of buffalo wings, the source is quite nice and spicy, however its a bit thick the texture. overall its reasonable.
Flame Pork Knuckle

 This is the flame pork knuckle, its complete different from what i had in germany. As the traditional way is grill, not flame throw. This is my new dinning experience of pork knuckle. I say it's quite special as in the texture and the taste, not too salty and dry compare to the typical one.

We did order beers too, As a german born, beer and pork knuckle is defintely perfect match!
