I and my friend suddenly felt like having Asian food but could not decide whether to have viet or thai food so we’ve came to a conclusion that we’d go to a restaurant that serves all three cuisines at once (viet/ thai/ malay/ and even indo food).We ordered a set dinner and added some other a la carte menus:Fresh Coconut water can’t be missed!Set Dinner:Chicken and Shrimp- The chicken was soft and smooth, the shrimp was grilled to perfection. Set Dinner:Chicken and Shrimp- The chicken was soft and smooth, the shrimp was grilled to perfection. Although the portion size of this dish was a bit petite.
Deep Fried Choi Sum- Amazing dish, crispy and light flour batter, still maintained the flavor of the veggies inside, the texture was similar to eating seaweed but deep fried. This can be a really good snack with a drink or two. I also liked the sweet and sourness of the sauce because it helped eliminate the oiliness of the fried food. Nice combination.
Soft Shell Crab Paper Roll- The rolls tasted fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and the crab was crunchy, the whole thing was rather light. This was one of the restaurants that serve good tasting soft shell crab rolls with a decent amount of ingredients.
Shrimp Thai pad- I personally love pad thai a lot, I like the sweet and sour, tanginess of the sauce pad thai has, and the chewiness of the noodle texture. And here, the pad thai was nicely prepared. The shrimps were huge in size, overall dish was packed with loads of flavor. Two thumbs up
Overall rating: 4/5, worth another visit. Also, nice and quiet atmosphere, nice option for dinner dates.
