We had a friend visiting from Japan a few months back and when he requested Chinese food, the first restaurant I thought of was Fu Sing. I've been to the one in Wan Chai numerous times for dim sum and dinner, and the food is awesome there. It was my first time here at the Causeway Bay branch and I was not disappointed. We ordered the claypot rice with chinese pork sausage, chinese liver sausage, preserved duck, and preserved pork belly. The portions of the claypot rice was huge and the restaurant divided up the rice for us while delivering the meat and veggies on a plate separately. The rice was slightly burnt and crispy so it smelled heavenly while the texture is drier than the regular steamed rice. Add a dose of sweet soy sauce and I can eat that all day. The preserved meats were excellent as well and I liked the chinese pork sausage the best. It is sweet and juicy as you bite into the fat bits in the sausage. The preserved pork belly was great as well but I thought the preserved duck as a bit salty.
