We have booked Ruby Tuesday for celebrating my best frd's birthday. Reservations on weekends are fully packed, so we made our booking as early as one month beforehand.Most customers arrived at the restaurant on time but we still have to wait for 5-15 mins before admission.Tsuen Wan branch provides higher level of privacy than Kowloon Bay branch.  First served was a Caesar Salad with Gilled Chicken. Proportion of the salad as an appetizer is suitable but should not be considered as a main course for a woman. The meat is probably Chicken breast marinated with cajun sauce. Slices of romaine lettuce are mixed with mayonnaise dressing and topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Lettuce is quite crispy and cruchy, you can tell by the sweetness of veggies while chewing in the mouth.

Alternatively, you may order a fresh garden bar salad at $128 per visit. There are about 20 choices of ingredients you can choose from. However, dropped ingredients are found on the floor which is next to the bar. Extra cleaning could be done to avoid slippery ground.

 A full rack of barbeque pork ribs was shared among us. Three options of sauce is available, which are Classic BBQ, Honey BBQ or Apple BBQ. We have chosen the classic BBQ sauce. The slowed-cooked pork is lovely and extraordinally tender. BBQ sauce are flavourable, acidity are on the balance.

 My favourite component for this dish is mashed potato. It was served in 2 big scoop which is sufficient for share with 2-3 people. The mashed potato was seasoned with herbs, the buttery texture was so smooth that it melts in the mouth.

 We ended the meal with a Chocolate Tallcake. It is composed with 2 scoop of vanila ice-cream, fresh whipped cream, many cubes of brownies and topped with chocolate sauce. Best to share the dessert with at least 3-4 friends.
