I’ve gradually become vegetarian in the recent year so I was really excited when I heard about this new vegetarian Korean restaurant at K11 Musea.As usual, we went for their tasting menu.The amuse bouche was a winter mushroom that was very rich in flavours and tender to chew. The amuse bouche was a winter mushroom that was very rich in flavours and tender to chew. It was so simple but so delicious.

The following dishes were all revolving around different kinds of fungi and mushrooms. My favorite would be the sweet & sour mushrooms, which tasted like sweet & sour pork, but with extra spices and high nutrition value. If you found it too spicy, you could mix it with the Kimchi fried rice that came next.
