Yakiniku is one of the favourite cuisines in town, not to mention an all-you-can-eat A4 Kagoshima Wagyu BBQ! Here I am at @wagyuyakinikuichiro to enjoy a sumptuous dinner. The set begins with a “Today’s Special” treasure box, which is a thin-sliced sirloin, with the help of our server, it’s seared to perfection with that lovely caramelisation, fine balance between beef flavour & fatty notes.
Then, a “Premium Assorted Beef Box” which features Wagyu Short Ribs & Loin, Pork Belly & Beef Outside Skirt was served. Amazing collection that fills half of your stomach.
For seafood, we enjoyed Scallop with Truffle Butter, Shrimps w Garlic Butter and oysters. Decent quality of them.
At yakiniku, you need veg & carbs to balance of the grease, we ordered the Assorted Mushrooms & Seaweed Rice w Onsen Egg, nice compliments to the beef.
What’s worth mentioning was the salad, drinks, desserts and sauces bar area, wide range of selection on offer.
