Hokkaido Scallop and Snow Crab Don❣:The scallops are fresh and sweet. The chef makes sure you can taste the snow crab every mouthful as it is plentiful. After trying this, I don't think I would enjoy crab stick as much. However, the snow crab isn't handled properly that there are still some shells left in the don. The steamed egg is very smooth that it slips right into your mouth.
💡Make sure you go to the restaurant early because hit items tend to be sold out and sometimes taste not as fresh if go there at late night.
