今日同朋友喺尖沙咀做完facial就打算係附近食個晚飯,經過見到依間日本餐廳好似唔錯,就入去試吓啦。餐廳真係幾受歡迎,要等一陣先有位。裝潢舒適簡單,而且客人可以自行用平板電腦落單,夠晒環保又方便。實在太肚餓,見價錢又唔係好貴,所以我哋都叫咗好多野食•火炙壽司拼盤$98有五款壽司,經過炙燒後魚生嘅油份都逼晒出嚟,非常香。而左口邊魚壽司最得我歡心,入口即溶!•超特選壽司拼盤(包味噌湯及蒸蛋)$288份量好大,而且各款壽司應有盡有,包括燒鰻魚壽司、吞拿魚壽司、大赤蝦壽司同松葉蟹棒等等,燒鰻魚好香大赤蝦又大隻又鮮甜!蒸蛋嫩滑又香!•三色丼$168有三款丼,包括有香蔥吞拿魚腩丼、海膽丼同蟹膏蟹肉丼。每款都小小碗,份量啱啱好,可以輕鬆試哂三款口味!吞拿魚腩丼油香重,海膽夠鮮甜,蟹膏蟹肉丼味道好濃而且口感豐富!•燒明太子雞翼$38表面燒得非常香脆,明太子嘅量好多,味道帶點辣,好好味!•火炙牛肉湯烏冬$88食到好飽都係忍唔住想食個熱烏冬,烏冬彈牙,湯底好濃郁,牛肉肉質都唔錯!最後埋單人均$370左右,價格算中位,不錯! 繼續閱讀

Nothing ever really engulfs HongKongers’ obsession for Japanese cuisine. The widely acclaimed Towada Sushi boasts about its fair and reasonable pricing, as well as the authenticity of sushi well preserved by its experienced Japanese chef. There is this opportunity for me to have a taste of indulgence on my brother’s birthday. .Recessed lighting lights up the restaurant in a moderate tone to offer a relaxing and calm dining ambience. However, the seating arrangement is considered quite packed as tables are close to one another. The menu captures a fascinating range of sushi, tuna, mackerel and shrimp, to list a few. It is almost a ’too long; didn’t read’ occasion as we decide to go for the assorted sushi platters..Tuna Sushi Platter presents tuna sushi resting symmetrically on a delicate ceramic plate. Maguro, the lean part of tuna, has a slippery texture. While Toro appears to be more iridescent and pink, it is gifted with a lovely balance of fat and meat. What accompany are tuna rolls made with soy marinated rice..Assorted Sushi Platter is as visually appealing as it is on our taste buds. Many regard steamed egg custard as a must-try at Towada Sushi, which comes as a complimentary dish with the Assorted Sushi Platter. It does have a rich flavour though ordering one separately seems not necessary. .Highlights are the Salmon Trio and the Mackerel Trio. Available at a relatively more economical price, both trios are capable of transforming simple but fresh ingredients into multiple versions. Raw fish is neatly cut into even slices, to me an aesthetic and beautiful scene. Even as a staunch salmon lover, I have no resistance towards mackerel’s remarkable taste, which I have to admit has surpassed that of salmon. .Crab Meat with Crab Paste Gunkan is impressive given the generous amount of crab meat, which is soft and succulent. .Wagyu Sushi, savoured by my brother and boyfriend, are reportedly scrumptious. It is too expensive so I do not bother to order one. .The freshly fried chicken is juicy and crispy, regrettably with excessive flour. Larger chicken nuggets are preferred..Something not very pleasant happens as the waiter messes up our order. After having a small bite of the wrong dish, we discover it is not what we want. The waiter collects the dish and reminds us that we will not be charged, but later a waitress comes to ask if we would like to finish the dish, which we have eaten a bit. She does not inform us that we will be charged for it, which in the end turns out to be $148 on the bill. To avoid any misunderstandings, a more explicit explanation of ‘finishing the dish’ by the waitress will be much appreciated.Afterall it is a truly wonderful celebration dinner at Towada Sushi. 繼續閱讀

外貌協會會員一向先看門面,再選食店,裝潢設計風格有格調的,應該用料食材也不會差。今晚獨自來尖沙咀逛街買東西,經過十和田,門面以木為主調,和式建築有和諧感覺,便進去試試。不夠晚上七時,已有8成桌滿。我點了呑拿魚三味,竹莢魚壽司。呑拿魚三味,味道真的很出色,包括呑拿魚,中呑拿魚腩,大呑拿魚腩。以木盤盛上,清楚看到呑拿魚油脂平均,而壽司飯是淺啡色的,有別於其他日式食店,微微醋酸味香,令人一試難忘。由油脂最少的呑拿魚開始吃,呑拿魚也不是下欄貨,沒有筋位,吃下去層層驚喜,中呑拿魚腩肥美,大呑拿魚腩,入口油脂充滿口腔,真有衝動再吃一碟。竹莢魚壽司,不新鮮的話,容易有腥味,但這件絕對高品質,新鮮美味。軍艦三味,芽葱壽司。軍艦三味有海膽,蟹膏,三文魚子。首先三文魚子大大顆的,咬破魚子,咸香和三文魚油充斥著,太好味了。蟹膏軍艦還有不少蟹肉伴隨著,十分足料。海膽軍艦,鮮甜濃郁,齒頰留香。芽葱壽司,很新穎,吃上去葱挺堅實的,有點芽菜的口感,卻是菜的味道,很讚。最後點了甜品,豆腐雪糕,豆乳香滑,加上椰果,口袋更豐富。這店將成為我回頭率高的壽司店。 繼續閱讀

是日520,梗係同女友食好野,女友想食日本菜,朋友推介下來到了「十和田」。餐廳位於金馬倫道,由地鐵站行幾分鐘就到,相當方便。店內座位闊落,亦可以揀坐吧檯,睇住師傅捏壽司。刺身沙律 :刺身種類繁多,有三文魚、油甘魚、八爪魚、蟹籽等等,每樣都新鮮肥美,加上爽脆嘅沙律菜,撈埋加咗wasabi嘅醬汁,辣辣地好開胃,做前菜岩晒。吉列生蠔 + 燒明太子雞翼 :生蠔即叫即炸,上檯時熱辣辣,外層炸醬唔會太厚,內裡生蠔仍然保持鮮嫩,加少少檸檬汁吊味更好味。雞翼去骨後包入明太子及雞肉,入口散發陣陣香味,微辣嘅明太子配上燒得香脆嘅雞皮,口感一流。蒸蛋 :入口嫩滑,加入高湯後味道濃郁,配料有鳴門卷、香菇及白果,清清地同蒸蛋好夾。海鰻卷 :鰻魚係我嘅最愛,又點可以唔叫?鰻魚卷一份有6件,大大塊鰻魚配上包住青瓜及蛋嘅飯,加上燒鰻魚汁,一啖一件話咁快食完。三文魚親子丼 :面頭鋪滿三文魚刺身及三文魚籽,賣相一流。三文魚及魚籽都新鮮飽滿,特別一提嘅係飯唔係普通嘅醋飯,而係已經加入左醬油調味嘅飯,所以魚生唔駛點豉油已經好夠味。食完正餐梗係要食甜品,分別叫左黑芝麻雪糕及豆腐雪糕,每款雪糕都有椰果粒襯托,食完真係透心涼。總括而言,食到捧住個肚走都只係五百蚊左右,都算性價比高。 繼續閱讀

Lunch 同同事四出周圍覓食,同事話試日本菜,經過這間日本餐廳就入去試試門面和室內都用全木裝飾,乾淨簡潔,好有日本feel沒有實體Menu , 要用手機scan QR code 落單,夠新穎lunch set 夠多選擇,有熱盤/壽司/刺身或烏冬選擇我揀選了刺身拼鰻魚飯 $118鰻魚好好味夠香口,特別鰻魚汁,送飯夠開胃刺身亦很新鮮同事揀選了海鮮丼$198全個碗鋪滿新鮮嘅海鮮刺身,足料,一大碗食了一半已經覺得很飽,同事話太好味,清空成個碗同事話大滿足下次再黎要試其他set 繼續閱讀
