Went here with a friend because she wanted some good pho in HK, I think Le Soleil's Pho didn't disappoint her . Unfortunately she wasn't a big eater so we only opted for a rice paper roll/ king prawn/ rare beef pho to share.The rice paper roll wasn't really special. Think they claimed it was 黑豚肉, but honestly you can't taste any difference as the flavor is covered by the other ingredients.King prawn was much better, I thought it was better than the one at Sampan and Golden Bull.The rare beef p

The rare beef pho was really good, their soup was quite authentic in my opinion. The beef was really tender even fully cooked.
I also ordered a "sparkling" mojito drink, don't make the mistake that i did, as it was the nastiest "mojito" I ever had. It tasted like some cheap white wine with mint leaves added in.
The service was very nice, but I guess it was expected from the price. Also don't park valet there as they don't offer free parking unless your bill came to 800hkd.
