The Balcony (已結業)

The environment was alright and the food was average as well. The night we went there was a full house and I could see there wasn’t enough staff in the restaurant. We waited 45mins for the main course. We ordered a free flow, but to be honest, it took too long to service one drink. Maybe there were too many customers, the risotto we ordered was not cooked thoroughly.
