It's a meal to celebrate the Lunar New Year & Valentine's Day...We didn't look at the menu (except drink list menu) at all cos all the food was recommended and prepared by the Executive Chef - Eric Chan. I will say he did a good job with a mix of sashimi, tempura & teppanyaki.The food was lovely and the view was exceptional! In fact, I am not a tempura fan yet I think you'd better give it a try there cos their chef was originally from Inagiku (稻菊), Royal Garden which is renowned for tempura.An

Anyhow, I guess we paid too much on the sake...the 大吟釀costs $620 for a 720ML...
