The # HAPi store is a lifestyle store in the Sheung Wan area, selling products from local brands along with a cafe. But recently, the space is rented out to the local life style brand Clot who is doing a collaboration with Japanese fashion house Sacai. But instead of clothes as they are best known for, their collaboration is lifestyle home products (and a few clothes). Boyfriend and I decided to check it out as I love Sacai and he well .. follows Clot. The store's cafe has also created a menu fo
The store's cafe has also created a menu for this limited time event.
Menu is in English only. They offer a set meal that costs a whopping $888 along with a cookie coffee set for $88.
The regular menu is also available. Note they do not serve tap water and will charge you $25 for bottled water.
I decided to get the coffee and cookie set ($88). The cookie was a chocolate chip cookie topped with passion fruit curd, edible flowers, diced mango and freeze dried passion fruit. The cookie is freshly baked so there is a wait time of 15 minutes. And it was delicious! Soft with a gooey melty chocolate chips in the middle. The fruit gave it acidity to balance the sweetness.
For the coffee, you can choose any kind, but if you want the logo one, they suggest a cappuccino which is what I did. It was nice and served on the coffee cup sold at the collaboration. The amount of foam was not too much. The coffee was decent as well. Not too strong but a good balance of nuttiness.
Boyfriend ordered the German Cheesecake ($45). Creamy and delicious though a bit flakey in some parts. A decent portion as well.
The food here was delicous though a bit pricey for a pop-up. But delicious none the less. Will definitely be back to try their regular items in the future.
