One of my friends brought me to a newly opened Pakistani restaurant and since I don't really remembered trying their cuisine before, i decided to give it a try. The menu was comprehensive, offering a wide range of authentic Pakistan cuisine such as starters, kabab, soup, tandoori, curry, BBQ, rice, naan and drinks etc.
Chicken shish tawook - The chicken cubes were huge in size, boneless and skinless. It was marinated with alot of spices and added with lemon juice, thus it was grilled till very juicy and chewy, flavourful as well.
Chicken karahi - This dish was quite special in a way that it was not really like curry base. It was tasty and flavourful, with alot of garlic, ginger, spice and tomatoes in it. Chicken was marinated till juicy, thus it was chewy and smooth, absorbing the essence of the ingredients.
Garlic naan - This was the first time i ate naan this big in size. Both hands of mine only covered half of the naan, which was flavourful, with strong garlic taste. It was soft and fluffy, going well with the curry ordered.
Sada roti was a simple flat bread and the staff advised us to wrap it with chicken shish tawook or to dip it with those sauce they provided at the side. Roti was soft and fluffy, going well with those sauce which were spicy and appetizing.
