You know it’s devilish just hearing the salted egg yolk in the headline, and they absolutely delivered. Rich salty egg yolk umami penetrates the entire dish with a bit of heat to balance the heaviness. The pasta is slightly on the harder side (which I personally like), it’s very delicious and you will keep going back for more!

The crepes is rolled up to maximize the textural effect, I like it being slightly spongy and chewy. Zesty and refreshing lemon balanced with sweet sugar is a great combination, even better if they can add a hint of cinnamon for extra aroma.
