西營盤咖啡小店,價錢合理親民,所有食物都係自家製(made ‘from scratch’),非常有heart而且好好食,無論主食定甜品都別樹一格,難得高質的一間cafe。From Scratch.their food items are made from scratch, from the pastry, sauces, dressings and the desserts. Super friendly staff explaining all the menu items in details manifests their passion in their food.Fungi pie $68mixed mushroom with cream sauce stuffing with rich mushroom (and a little truffle?) flavor, the pastry case is actually quite thin but very flaky and crispy, not heavy or doughy at all. Salted egg yolk prawn linguine $128You know it’s devilish just hearing the salted egg yolk in the headline, and they absolutely delivered. Rich salty egg yolk umami penetrates the entire dish with a bit of heat to balance the heaviness. The pasta is slightly on the harder side (which I personally like), it’s very delicious and you will keep going back for more!Butterscotch mochi $48It reminds me of the 糖不甩 chinese dessert! The little mochi is so addictive, coated with butterscotch sugar that brings both crunchy and caramelized flavor, with a hint of choco flavor from the tiny chocolate chips. A smart, creative and tasty little dessert. Lemon & sugar Crepes $58The crepes is rolled up to maximize the textural effect, I like it being slightly spongy and chewy. From Scratch is a relatively new cafe in Sai Ying Pun, nicely decorated with various cactus, dried flowers and lights.Cute menu.The Steak & Ale Pie might look ordinary at first, but it tasted absolutely fantastic! The pastry was flakey and fluffy, and the stuffing inside was gorgeous! Pieces of steak soaked with delicious broth. Very awesome indeed!The homemade potato salad on the side was not really what I expected. It was a bit too peppery to my palate, even though I love potato, I barely managed to finish this potato salad. 繼續閱讀

首先服務態度好真係唔係吹!一入到去就已經勁welcoming 得bar 枱坐都講左聲唔好意思同埋有問我地介唔介意先帶我地入座 雖然我地冇話特別介意但係一有返普通枱凳就即刻抹好+同我地講聲 幫我地轉 好貼心!見到我地第一次嚟 就攞埋ipad 俾相我地睇 一個一個咁同我地介紹 講埋煮法同埋有咩特別 d staff好nice 好friendly 同埋唔會俾臉色客人睇 成餐飯食得好舒服+俾人好放鬆嘅感覺 weekend嚟食個brunch真係冇得彈!佢都冇限用餐時間 好適合我呢d鍾意慢慢食嘅人wwww講飲品先!Spiced Gingerbread Latte (with whipped cream) $50 係當日嘅seasonal special!唔洗等好耐就已經上左 賣相嚟到十分精緻 上面都落左唔少肉桂粉 雖然唔算特別 但係簡簡單單令人心情莫名地好( ´▽`) 店員見我地影相亦好nice俾左條草我地😂味落去已經有好香嘅薑味 一飲落去係超重+濃郁嘅薑味 +辣辣地 冬天飲到呢杯嘢真係幸福感max🥰但係相較之下咖啡味道就唔出 不過真係好好飲!好好飲!好好飲!另外我地都叫左杯latte 但係我冇影相冇試 就唔俾comments啦!嘢食方面我地叫左個crepe 同埋意粉Lemon & Sugar Crepe ($58)比起平時嘅crepe 呢款係捲住咁用鐵盤上 入面有砂糖同埋檸檬汁 呢個配搭比起出面有嘅 nutella + banana或其他生果等等就特別d!不過餐廳都有其他選擇一入口 哇!好酸!酸得嚟好重檸檬味 但唔會有檸檬漿住喉嚨嘅感覺(希望有人明)雖然幾酸但係唔會令人反感 反而有砂糖平衡返 就有refreshing嘅感覺 檸檬+砂糖個組合更加令人唔停口 酸酸甜甜 唔會太heavy 就算係我媽一個唔食得酸嘢嘅人都讚好食!不過兩老都話太多砂糖 有d太甜 我自己係螞蟻人所以都覺得還好😼crepe方面就唔係話超級正宗嘅法國crepe 唔薄 厚度比港式班戟更厚 暖暖地 但係冇話overcooked/ undercooked應該係主打味道 口感/正宗與否 呢d野就見仁見智啦 我自己就唔算好介意 都ok嘅!spicy salted yolk linguine ($128)呢個都係 special menu嘅 但係強烈推薦店家擺喺regular menu!同埋其實有蝦/帶子嘅選擇 不過我地呢幾排食得太多蝦 +懶 所以就食帶子!首先意粉係煮到al dente 所以比較硬同埋彈牙 我自己就好鍾意呢種口感!超正!🤩餐廳都有講返話呢隻意粉係比較少油嘅 相比起出面嘅會乾身d 同冇咁油膩 食落又真係wor😻 我自己就幾鍾意 嗰鹹蛋黃醬係店家自己製作 雖然睇落好似冇乜點落 但係食落啖啖都掛住鹹蛋碎 超入味 好好食👍帶子方面都唔錯!幾彈牙 同埋唔算細粒 份量就比出面正常多少少 兩個女仔食完都應該飽飽地㗎啦環境cafe 有open area 同indoor area 裝飾就簡潔乾淨 走minimalistic風 但係都有打卡位 係open kitchen 所以睇到d廚師煮野食 (見到隔離枱個beef ragu 同埋個廚師燒熔d mozarella 真係好吸引啊😍😍)但係冇油煙味 完全唔洗擔心 冇出到去open area 所以唔清楚出面 但係indoors方面 鋪頭都幾細 同埋大部分都要平排坐 冇得坐對面(起碼我去係嗰陣冇人打對面坐啦)不過都對於我嚟講都okay嘅 諗住多幾個人一齊去嘅話就要注意下啦總結嚟講 好滿意今餐 呢間cafe 服務好 野食野飲都好好 一定會再嚟試其他🤩 繼續閱讀
