Was anticipating to try their speciality BBQ teriyaki eel rice which ended up to be served at room temperature and was definitely not fresh - the eel was defrosted using a microwave and probably used a heatgun for the burnt appearance, doesn't professionally cooked. The teriyaki sauce was poured heavily across the fish/dish which was MSG overload. Also decided to ordered their BBQ ox-toungue and it was uncooked - when I took the first bite, it was clearly not defrosted properly and it was still red on the inside. We had to return the dish and also cancel it off our order list because it was such an unpleasant experience. From my understanding, that's not how an oxtoungue should be cooked and the texture seems a bit too soft and watery.
Pretty sure this restaurant hired many “打手". Nonetheless, they do have decent Japanese decor interior design and it seems like a fairly clean place.
