為巨型鰻魚而來 焦點食評

長沙灣從來不是一個美食區,但想不到這裡最近就有一間日本餐館因為它的巨型鰻魚飯而聞名,有朋友就說一直想吃都由於食店晚晚full booking而只有望門輕嘆,見周末反正賦閒在家,就來湊下熱鬧。********說的就是味道樂居酒屋,雖然距離長沙灣站都有十分鐘路程,但周末中午時段理應附近的上班族都已休假,但店內仍然半滿。原條成田醬炭火燒鰻魚飯($128)嘩!!!先不說味道,單是這條比前臂還要長的巨形鰻魚已經先趕奪人。因為鰻魚是彎曲放在飯上,實際比筷子還要長!鰻魚不單肥美啖啖肉,上面還澆上甜甜的成田醬,每一啖飯可以吃到鰻魚和醬汁,絕對是大滿足。壽司定食配日式湯烏冬($188)這個定食包括十款不同壽司和一碗烏冬,雖然價錢比其他午餐貴,但卻豐富得多,連較貴價的海膽、三文魚籽和牡丹蝦都有。先吃烏冬,烏冬上有昆有,烏冬雖說不上彈口,但不會過腍,口感都可以。海膽很大瓣,味道亦鮮甜,三文魚籽有鹹鮮味。油甘魚和三文魚略嫌不夠肥美。牡丹蝦又大隻又爽彈。黑魚籽飯圈有沙律醬調味,味道不過不失。總結,價錢以同區計較為進取,幸質素搭救,鎮店之寶巨型鰻魚飯果然沒有浪得虛名,壽司質素就比較普通,如果再來相信都是為鰻魚飯而來。 繼續閱讀

朋友仔在長沙灣OT完在他的公司附近找了一間細細的居酒屋,每次經過這間居酒屋都給他門口的廣告吸引着,因為這裡有長沙灣的最巨型鰻魚飯,今天終於相約朋友可以一試了😆味道樂特盛九品料理(二人份)$388九品料理賣相精緻,九種不同的食物,有迷你三文魚籽甜蝦蓉井三文魚籽鹹鮮配上蝦蓉像是雪糕球但口感新鮮鮮甜,日本池魚仔香口可連骨整條一起食,螢光迷你魷魚較鹹,口感特別一咬好似爆汁,七味魚翅較硬慢慢咬魚鮮味十足,醬油淮山漬甘甘地,有芝麻香味,八爪魚有Wasabi味,總之樣樣都不錯,食到冇停口😝流心芝士燒年糕 $48年糕微微暖很窩心,一口咬落去馬上爆芝士,芝士又綿又滑,奶油味很香😋原條成田醬炭火燒鰻魚飯 $128十分巨型的完條鰻魚,過足口癮😆鰻魚皮燒得剛好有陣陣炭燒味,肉質柔嫩配上甜絲絲的鰻魚汁撈飯冇得頂👍🏻黑松露溏心蛋(免費)只要你like Facebook就會有這個黑松露溏心蛋送👏🏻👍🏻都幾好呀 繼續閱讀

2018.01.08 😊【工業區裡的高質居酒屋】食在長沙灣長沙灣區 小妹印象中都是圍撓著工廈、工廠還有很多速遞公司忙著送貨原來在這個繁忙的地區😮亦有一間裝潢極具日本居酒屋特式的高質食店在工業區裡營業 就有如漆黑中一顆明燈🔦男朋友更揚言:我要食夠一千蚊才捨得走香炸日本池魚仔 $48來到居酒屋 難免都會想來杯啤酒配上前菜香口小食可以一試這道炸池魚仔🐟味道帶點咸香 口感有點像炸多春魚會吃上癮 一條接一條蟹膏蟹肉炸豆腐 $58今期流行不可不提日韓帶起潮流的蟹膏醬雖然外表顏色不揚 就像深海泥味道卻令人回味 濃郁的蟹香帶點回甘🦀配上炸豆腐 令清淡的豆腐味道變得昇華汁燒大白鱔 $68串燒是必須的對吧🐟白鱔在外表抹上燒汁 使味道都能帶入其中肉質嫰滑中帶點彈牙 值得一讚黑蒜黑豚肉卷 $48這道串燒令人不禁想到金菇肥牛卷🍢不過今次的主角就是換來更高層次的黑豚肉肉塊經燒過後油香逼出 上面塗上黑蒜醬汁味道微甜 既像蒜頭豆豉醬 有趣非常原條炭火燒鰻魚飯 $128雖然聖誕已經過去🎄但以聖誕主題的料理依然仲可以食到原條鰻魚足足有7、8吋長 加上份量十足的飯單單是外形份量已經贏曬 2人分享剛好鰻魚肉質較一般常見的肥美🍣鰻魚汁甜度適中 令人回味無窮味道樂居酒屋 💌長沙灣元州街498號青華閣地下C舖Mon-Sat: 1200-1500, 1800-2300Sun: 1800-2300 繼續閱讀

Some times I find some pretty spectacular places in the an area I least expect. Cheung Sha Wan is not an area I would think to offer decent Japanese. Boyfriend and I were exploring  the area and I was getting  hungry.  I never would have thought to stop and eat here if it wasn't for Christmas themed food. Because I am a sucker for Christmas themed food.味道樂居酒屋 (English name: Ajidouraku), located on a very busy street in Cheung Sha Wan where there are a lot of restaurants nearby, is a restaurant serving Japanese food in an izakaya style setting.The restaurant had a neat design to make it feel like a Japanese yakitori place that you could probably find in Tokyo's Piss Alley. Except this place is a lot more spacious than those ones.They had super cute plates and dishes. Loved the cute cat chopstick holder.Now this was what drove me inside. A Christmas themed menu. I never would have thought a Japanese restaurant would do a Christmas theme but here we go! This menu is in Chinese only but there are photos. The regular menu is in English and Chinese. Food consists of items found in izakaya type establishments.Lobster Donburi ($228). Boyfriend let me order only one item from the Christmas menu. I guess he put his foot down for my Christmas fever. So, this is what I decided. Quite honestly, the lobster shell was there purely for show. There was nothing in it. But all the meat was taken out and grilled and placed back on top of the rice. The meat was not overcooked and just divine. I love lobster, There was also some scallops, butterfish and salmon roe. All was fresh. There was a lot of rice so it was easy to share.Unagi ($68). This was pretty good. None of the odd fishy taste we sometimes find in a lot of places in Hong Kong. And not drowning in sauce to cover up all taste.Pork with Black Garlic ($48). This was really good. We were taken aback by this one. They were little rolls of pork, smothered in a sweet and savory garlic sauce. It reminded me of hoisin. Pretty good. The little rolls of pork had bits of soft bone in it to give it a crunchy texture.Sesame Chicken Wings ($58). These exploded with juice. Though a bit too spicy for me so boyfriend devoured the rest. Packed with a lot of flavor as well. The skin was crisp. Fried Fish Slice  ($48). This is worth a notable mention. We loved this and had never encountered this in any Japanese restaurant. This was chikuwa, sliced thinly and deep fried. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It was great and we really needed beer afterwards. Clever thinking to use this as a dish. My favorite of the evening.Super fun that this place used Christmas dishes to plate their food for the holiday season even if you didn't order of the Christmas menu. That is a nice special touch. Seating is spacious and people started to pack in so it was a good thing we arrived  early. Portion size was decent as well.  Perhaps I've been eating Japanese on Hong Kong Island but I've never had two yakitori sticks served. They usually only offer one for the same price here. Definitely value for money! Food tasted great so I'll be back if friends want something different. 繼續閱讀

今個星期六要返一返公司做野。。做完野就去附近的日式小店食個lunch想不到星期六中午時份,店內都充滿食客,人頭湧湧。。幸好我入座時還有座位充滿日式風情的小店連杯子,碟子都很有日式風情。。十分精美假日menu。。有3款海鮮丼。。套餐還可以追加不同的小食除了刺身飯,還有肉眼扒。。除了假日set外,還可以在main.menu內點選食物所以最後我選了一個海鮮丼,加一份小食。。芝麻雞翼。。十分香脆惹味。。。外皮脆卜卜。。而且鋪上了滿滿的芝麻。。。吃起來外皮香脆。。而且芝麻很香。。中間依然能保持雞肉的嫩滑。。。還可以沾上蛋黃醬來吃。。令肉味更加濃郁。。主角到了滿滿的刺身鋪在飯面上有大大隻的赤蝦,大蔥吞拿魚蓉,海膽,三文子籽賣相十分精緻吞拿魚蓉十分適合來配飯。。使每啖都有清甜的吞拿魚蓉十分鮮味海膽顏色黃黃的。。。較為乾身。。沒有多餘水份。。十分新鮮。。。而且三文魚籽晶瑩剔透。。。把海膽跟三文魚籽來配飯。。。一流赤蝦大隻而且彈牙鮮美每款刺身都十分新鮮。。而且一個丼內有不同款式的刺身。。。可以滿足自己不同的味蕾吃完一個丼和雞翼十分滿足。。。這頓飯就當好好慰勞自己星期六都要上班的獎賞 繼續閱讀
