I made a reservation for a table for four people on this platform, confirming to start seating at 6:30 PM. There was never any mention by the server about a dining time limit until around an hour and a half later. The server approached us and asked if we needed anything else, and if not, we had to vacate the table by 9 o'clock.I felt extremely confused as I had never imagined that there would be a time limit at a place where you can dine and chat. I felt extremely confused as I had never imagined that there would be a time limit at a place where you can dine and chat. I asked to speak to the manager to understand the situation, and he explained that another group had reserved the table for 9 o'clock, justifying the time limit. However, it was clearly stated in the WhatsApp confirmation that the dining period extended until 9 o'clock. Upon reviewing our WhatsApp messages, I found no mention of any time limit. The manager seemed embarrassed but still insisted on trying to extend our time until around 9 o'clock.
What kind of service quality is this? They even handed us the bill and asked us to settle it before 9 o'clock, despite some of our food not even arriving yet. In the end, we were extremely dissatisfied with their service!
我在此平台預訂一張四人枱，由確認到晚上六點半開始入座。從來都沒有侍應講我們有用餐時段到晚上九點。但到了大約一個半鐘之後，侍應走來同我們講，我哋還需要一些甚麼，如果沒有，九點鐘要還枱。
我感到非常困惑，我從未想像過香港有一間飲嘢傾計嘅地方係有限時！找經理來了解，他說有其他客人訂左九點，還理直氣壯咁講，WhatsApp 確認時已經清楚列明用餐時段到九點。我再番查紀錄，我與他們在WhatsApp 回覆中，從來未有提及到有限時。其經理只好慚愧地，但仍然堅持盡量幫我們延至九點左右交枱。這是甚麼服務質素？九點鐘交枱前還給我們發出一張發票，叫我們埋單，但仍有食物未到，最後我們對其服務感到非常不滿意！
