「Le Colvert」主打鴨肉料理,無論前菜、主菜、等都用上鴨嘅元素🫶🏻就連餐廳裝修都滲透住鴨嘅蹤跡!餐廳氣氛舒適,而且每道都非常好食☺️週未brunch $488就可以食齊餐包、湯、前菜、主菜、甜品😽

前菜已經有非常邪惡香口嘅煎鴨肝及脆皮鴨肝凍👍🏻鴨肝嘅香油真係非常出色💖連餐包都係伴有鴨肉絲~另外仲有個用鴨肉熬製嘅羅宋湯添!

主菜亦冇令人失望🥰十分推薦香煎鴨胸,肉嫩程度絕對媲美米芝蓮級數!另外油封鴨脾亦唔錯,香口唔會太乾柴,表面仲有滿滿嘅黑松露片😍

甜品揀咗心太軟及自家製嘅蛋白餅。以為蛋白餅會好膩,點知鬆化又唔太甜,配上雪糕忌廉同紅莓醬反而仲refreshing,真心有驚喜😝最後最後仲小鴨蛋糕造型嘅有杏仁金磚蛋糕,又得意又好食。
