最近食咗唔少生日飯,其中一間我就私心揀咗最近好想試嘅Le Colvert,係一間位於西營盤嘅法式小酒館,以鴨做主題🦆頭盤、主菜、side dishes都圍繞鴨肉,好似煙燻鴨胸、鴨肝、鴨腿、原隻血鴨等等,好有特色👏🏻餐廳內外都放咗唔少鴨嘅裝飾,環境有啲外國小餐館嘅鬆弛氛圍🥳🍞Amuse Broche餐前小食有鴨肉多士,將開胃嘅鴨肉醬料塗上脆口多士,口感幾好😛🍘Duck breast nuggets & piqufillo pepper sauce $118賣相有啲似馬介休球🤣其實係將鴨肉炸成金黃香脆嘅球,咬開脆皮就會食到頗有肉香味嘅滿滿鴨肉絲,點少少蛋黃醬更惹味😋🧆Pate in a crust, foie gras, smoked duck breast, gizzards confit $298For sharing嘅頭盤,一次過試到鴨肝醬、油封鴨胗、煙燻鴨胸及鴨肉凍批😍鴨肝醬甘香味濃😋鴨胗好彈牙;鴨胸煙燻味濃好特別;鴨肉凍批口感味道豐富,四款各有特色,必試✅🍏Pan fried foie gras with roasted fruits $198另一款頭盤食得邪惡啲😈有肥美厚身嘅煎鴨肝,鴨油出晒嚟好正🤤配煎青蘋果食平衡膩感剛剛好👍🏻🍗Slow cooked caramelized leg $248主菜之一叫咗鴨腿,大大隻鴨腿炸得金金黃黃好吸引,外皮好脆🤩鴨肉肉質剛好唔會柴,只係外皮稍為鹹咗啲。🥩Pan fried crispy breast (half) $268鴨胸份量十足,食到鴨肉香味,口感好彈,具咬口😛不過就食唔到脆嘅感覺。🍟Duck fat French fries $78配菜當然要揀邪惡嘅鴨油薯條,雖然薯條並非好脆口,但薯味及油香味突出😻令人忍唔住係咁食🤪🍫Salted caramel chocolate cake Baulois with whipped cream $118慶生點可少得甜品😎朱古力蛋糕焗得好濕潤,可可味濃,食落帶點鹹香味,味道唔錯👌🏻🍷Non-alcoholic red wine $108/cupSalted raspberry, chamomile 嚟到法式小酒館,呢度有唔少酒類選擇,唔飲酒嘅我就試吓無酒精紅酒🍷店員會端埋酒樽去斟,飲落有氣泡,酸酸爽爽有啲似氣泡酒😗推介指數(10分為滿分):8分查看更多

全牛全雞就見得多 全鴨仲要整成法國菜 喺香港好似真係冇喺石塘咀新開嘅呢間餐館 秉住全鴨不浪費嘅理念你up得出嘅部位可能都有 鍾意食鴨嘅極力推薦嚟呢到!!🤍𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿($𝟮𝟵𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬一碟有齊煙燻鴨胸 酥皮鴨肉凍 凍鴨肝 油封鴨胗想講上年去法國都未食夠鴨/鵝 今次當彌補少少遺憾🥲由於同staff講唔想要organ 除咗肝 所以佢將鴨胗換走咗變做炸鴨肉餃子(?)普通 但另外三樣都好出色酥皮凍加入豬肉同蘑菇 味道同口感嘅層次都好豐富凍鴨肝配住brioche食 有被驚艷到 入口超creamy似牛油🤍𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁($𝟮𝟲𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟯/𝟭𝟬可以揀半份或全份 兩個人就建議半份就夠鴨胸煎到三成熟左右 外皮金黃色 內裏粉嫩 鴨味香濃 肉質軟腍 可以配鴨香蘑菇醬同大蒜一齊入口只係有少少比crispy呢個字fake咗 以為外皮會再焦脆啲😂🤍𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮($𝟮𝟵𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟯/𝟭𝟬用咗鴨肝 油封鴨胸肉做調味同醬汁嘅烤焗長通粉嚟到之後店員會即場刨上松露片^^ 不得不說鴨肝嘅存在感都真係好強 入口食到滿口鴨肝嘅香!不過扣分位係碟通粉唔夠鹹 就唔夠調啲味出嚟同食得多會少膩 如果加啲食材balance到油膩感會更好🤍𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱($𝟲𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳/𝟭𝟬冇特別 正常嘅油醋沙律 用嚟餸下鴨肉refresh下😂🤍𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗿($𝟭𝟭𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬平時唔太鍾意酒味嘅甜品 但就咁飲酒又ok(港女就係煩🙂‍↕️頭兩粒車厘子入口都唔太鍾意 但神奇地愈食愈好食😂可能因為本身車厘子夠甜 而酒味亦唔會話太濃重點!! Sorry but I find your rating very stringent, how can you give 4 on decor? This is the most authentic Parisian style restaurant in Hong Kong, with little piece of arts everywhere around, I think this restaurant deserve far better than that on all points

終於有機會去這間bookmark咗好耐嘅全鴨料理-LE COLVERT!🤩 這家餐廳主打以鴨的每個部位入饌,從鴨肉到鴨心、鴨肝、鴨腎等內臟都能做出不同料理!💖 真的超特別!😮Amuse Broche一開始,餐廳先送上Duck Rillettes鴨肉醬佐多士🍞,作為開胃小食。鴨肉醬鹹香濃郁,搭配酥脆的多士,非常開胃!😋Tasting Platter $298可以一次過試到鴨肝醬、油封鴨胗、煙燻鴨胸和鴨肉凍批。🤤 每款都各有特色,味道都好有層次!👍 特別是鴨肝醬,入口即化,口感綿密,真的好好吃!💖Pan-fried Duck Hearts $198❤️處理得好好,完全冇腥味,口感Q彈有嚼勁!😋Slow Cooked Confit Leg $248就有少少失望啦😔。我心目中嘅油封鴨腿應該係外脆內嫩,juicy嘅,但呢個鴨腿炸得有啲乾,肉質都唔夠嫩滑,而且偏鹹。🤔Pan Fried Crispy Breast (half) $268鴨胸煎到三成熟左右,肉質粉嫩,火候掌握得啱啱好!蘑菇忌廉醬同一齊入口, 正👍🏻可惜這次沒機會試到他們的招牌菜——血鴨!😭 我從小時候就一直很想試!聽說他們有傳統的血鴨機器,可以即席表演!😱 下次一定要約齊四個人再去挑戰一下!查看更多

香港中上環食法國菜嘅地方好多,但要搵一間用鴨黎做主要食材嘅法國餐廳就冇。呢間新開張嘅法國餐廳主打用鴨的身體各個部位去製作精緻料理。最欣賞嘅係一個用咗煙燻鴨胸、酥皮鴨肉凍、凍鴨肝、油封鴨胗鴨舌嘅頭盤。凍鴨肝配埋兩片brioche食夾埋一齊好似食緊鵝肝多士❤️辣辣地嘅鴨舌用嚟送酒真係一流👍朱古力心太軟好正🍫 濃得黎又唔太甜加埋杏仁片脆脆哋嘅口感真係必食!Overall服務同埋環境都好好,建議一大班朋友嚟,咁每個人就可以試多啲唔同款。查看更多

We came for the lunch set just to try. I think it’s OK, but I’m not sure I would return. It looks like a very well-run restaurant and kitchen, and the decor is very nice, but I found it lacking in overall taste and value, even for the lunch set. It’s unique, and I want it to succeed, and the vibe and concept is great. But I really do believe there is some room for improvement on execution. The appetiser was pretty good. We ordered foie gras (extra charge) and rillettes. The first was a hit; the second a miss. The foie gras was very good. Definitely up to the standard, and the jam was wonderful and had a slight spicy kick to it. But it felt a bit steep as a $98 surcharge on a $198 set lunch given the portion size. I found the salad for the rillettes slightly underseasoned, and the greens were less than spectacularly fresh, with the slightest touch of browned edges, so it lost some points there. More importantly, the rillettes was dry and crumbly. In my experience, rillettes should be moist and spreadable. The mains were ok. Both came with fries, which we found slightly overcooked and under-seasoned, and without much duck flavor overall. They were thin and dark and a bit too crispy. Somewhat disappointing. Both came with green beans also. These were perfectly cooked, but was definitely heavy on the garlic and salt. I didn’t mind, but it was definitely the most flavorful thing on the plate. I ordered the duck breast. It was excellently cooked. However, the reduction sauce was not seasoned very much with either herbs or salt. Overall the dish was just missing that full-on duck flavor. My wife got the confit. It was ok, but a bit drier than it should be. We didn’t notice and herbs coming through the flavor, and the duck flavor itself was pretty subdued. I feel like this one was a miss. It was definitely a competent confit, but again—details. Overall it was just okay. My hopes were set higher, but maybe that’s on me. I genuinely hope they can make the best duck in Hong Kong. All the pieces are there. Hopefully, it’s a matter of time. A final note: we were charged $28 each for still water. The server asked if we want still or sparkling at the beginning, and generally places only charge for sparkling, so we went with still. Had I known they would charge us anyway, I would have gone sparkling. (Although I don’t know if that would have been more expensive.) I feel like this should really be on the set lunch menu. It’s not unreasonable to expect free water at HK restaurants. 查看更多

A warm and charming little French restaurant, with a special focus on duck. The hospitality was heartfelt—none of the stiffness you'd expect from a fancy French place. Portions were generous, and the atmosphere made us feel completely at ease. A lovely lunch spot worth revisiting.查看更多

Helmed by chef @guillaume.sejourne , this charming restaurant delivers a refined yet cozy atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a special gathering 💖Among its standout offerings is the signature Pressed Duck ($2,688), or Canard de Challans à la presse. This classic dish showcases the restaurant‘s dedication to traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. Many gastronomes may have never tried this dish as it is rarely found on menus. The table-side preparation is such a ritual of French culinary artistry, where the duck’s juices, blood and marrow are pressed out and added to a rich, velvety sauce that complements the succulent breast.The Tasting Platter ($298) is highly recommended, which comes with pâté en croute, foie gras, smoked duck breast and gizzards confit. Other highlights include the pan fried crispy breast ($268 half / $498 whole); duck heart ($198); pan fried foie gras ($198); duck fat French fries ($78); the penne pasta with foie gras, porcini, breast confit and truffles ($298). Le Colvert is a duck specialty bistro that recently opened in Sai Ying Pun, offering a menu that essentially has duck in all its dishes. Located in Des Voeux Road West and near Water Street, you can see the duck press through the full height glass wall from the street.The bistro has a neat and stylish design, with a lot of decors with duck as the theme. There are counter seats facing the open kitchen allowing customers to interact with the chefs readily, as well as booths for more intimate discussion, and the normal dining tables.After enjoying the mocktails to quench the heat, our dinner starts with Planche de Degustation ($298). The tasting platter includes some thinly sliced smoked duck breast, pate in a crust, foie gras with toasted brioche, and gizzards confit in garlic. We like the gizzard most, having a good bite but not rubbery, with good flavours. A good way to experience the different delicacies and no wonder almost all the tables have ordered this.We also have Salade Perigourdine ($198), which is green salad with smoked breast, gizzard confit and foie gras. The salad is fresh, drizzled with olive oil and lightly seasoned with salt, plus some crunchy seeds instead of croutons. The other components are mostly a repeat of the tasting platter so do not feel excited anymore. It would be good if the staff can remind us during order so we can pick something else.For the main course, we have chosen the signature Magret a la Peau Croustillante ($498 for the whole portion). The pan-fried crispy breast is prepared to medium rare, already sliced to pieces to allow us to share easily. Paired with duck jus and mushroom cream sauce, the duck breast is juicy but with some tendon so making it a bit tough to chew. On the side are roasted garlic and chicory.The other main course is Macaronade au Foie Gras, Magret Confit, Cepes et Truffles ($298). The baked penne pasta has foie gras, porcini and breast confit added, finishing with some shaved black truffles on tableside. Very rich and flavourful, it is best for sharing as the portion is big and would be too much for an individual. Even for big eaters like us, we cannot finish, also leaving no room for any dessert in the end.Service is good, with the staff friendly and attentive. The bill on the night is $1,615 and quite reasonable. Having an all-duck menu is certainly a selling point but I hope they can evolve the menu to include a bit more options regarding the preparation, probably making it more fun and interesting, to attract repeat customers.查看更多

Dinner. Menu is centered on duck in all its forms, with some vegetarian options. Even ornaments and portraits are of ducks.Wine list not bad. Went for a glass of Burgundy red. Here’s what we had. Rich and flavorful shredded duck meat rillette-style, served with crisp, golden Toast.Vol-au-Vent with a filling of earthy and aromatic Porcini and Oyster Mushrooms. Topped with shaved truffles. Yellow wine sauce added a touch of Jura-style acidity, though it could use more reduction and depth. Puff pastry could be more flaky. Slow-Cooked Caramelized Duck Leg- meat was tender even tho the confit appeared a bit dry. Unfortunately the accompanying roasted garlic was cold and difficult to get out. Pan-Fried Crispy Duck Breast- we got the lean part of the breast which could do more with the essential duck fat richness that gives the cut its character. (We saw the breast assigned to the table next to us was much fattier). Nevertheless, meat was tender. Sauce made from duck bones etc tasted a bit too bland. Meringue with Whipped Cream and Red Fruits Coulis- refreshing.Chocolate Fondant Baulois (a rich, dense chocolate cake from Brittany)— intensely fudgy and satisfying, its dark cocoa interior balanced by airy whipped cream.In summary: setting exudes neo-brasserie elegance; an ambitious concept with potential: definitely THE destination for duck lovers.
