Tried out their earl grey partay (seasonal special) n oreo cheesecake😍 both were super creamy n smooth, while gooey and half-melted in the inside, with a soft crust at the bottom👍🏼Texture was perfectly balanced, portion looks small but I was slightly fed up after having 2 cheesecake🥹 They only serve drip coffee, tea n specialty drinks (no latte)( matcha latte was definitely underrated, frothy n rich, with touch of creaminess from the milk, by far one of the best one yet I’ve tried in HK🍵

期待左好耐，終於試到呢間最近不斷被IG 洗版嘅 @hemma.hk 爆紅半熟芝士蛋糕。小店由IG shop擴張到西營盤實體店。建議平日早啲去，避免排長龍。當我早上十點左右到，只係等咗15分鐘就入到去啦。
今次初嘗左佢地嘅伯爵茶同埋oreo 芝士蛋糕，兩者都非常濃郁、順滑。而內部鬆軟半融化，底部有軟糯的餅皮，質感非常均衡。份量睇起嚟唔算好大份，但食左兩個蛋糕後就感覺有點膩。店舖提供滴漏咖啡、茶同特色飲品（沒有拿鐵) 而抹茶拿鐵絕對係被低估，一入口奶泡豐富柔軟，並帶有奶味，係我係香港飲過最好飲嘅抹茶拿鐵之一。
