Service incredibly slow and inexperienced. No operational planning of supervisor or training for staff. No line when placed order and still had to wait 30+ minutes. Felt bad for the other customers who ordered after while holding their to go food and had to wait even longer. Staff were doing dishes and prep work (chopping strawberries) even 20 mins into the order. To make it worse my gf checked on our order and they realized they entered order wrong for our second drink. Service incredibly slow and inexperienced. No operational planning of supervisor or training for staff.

No line when placed order and still had to wait 30+ minutes. Felt bad for the other customers who ordered after while holding their to go food and had to wait even longer. Staff were doing dishes and prep work (chopping strawberries) even 20 mins into the order.

To make it worse my gf checked on our order and they realized they entered order wrong for our second drink. Instead of apologizing they processed another new order and put it to the back of the line. After another 5-6 minutes of seeing no progress in orders requested a refund.

On the drink we did get it was ‘less sugar’ fruit tea. Could not taste the tea, tasted like 100% sugar, and fruit poor cup presentation.

Overall miserable experience. Not recommended to visit for a few months at minimum until they sort how to run a business beyond poor branding and hygiene.

ie., new place but even menu prices are manually scribbled over already.

ie., employees showing up in track gym clothes and those chopping fruits with hands also handled money.

ie., cash register was short of change so employees making drinks grabbed money from wallets.
