We came here for afternoon tea so there was no queue at all. We ordered different types of food to try.It arrived very soon after ordering. The noodles were a pass, the typical al dente type at professional noodles restaurants. It went really well with the red vinegar. The beef tendons were ok but there wasn't much.  The congee itself was very smooth with a nice smell of rice! Comparatively, the minced fish balls were just so-so. The portion was quite generous though as they were around 6 fish balls.

 The rice noodle rolls filled with shrimps were quite pleasing as the shrimps were giant and fresh and very meaty! The rice noodle rolls could have been thinner although they were quite smooth. This dim-sum was highly recommended.

 The black sesame paste was smooth but there was a slightly weird taste which gave it only an average rating. 

Given the location, efficiency, relatively less expensive prices and the healthy meal options, I would definitely come back again. However, I think the staff could have worn better smiles on their faces with better services especially given the non-peak hours.
