職員掛住傾計忘記嗌我個order,害我一身拎住勁重野等左接近半個鐘。本來唔出聲等佢嗌號碼，見佢地咁忙。但原來其他人嗌凍飲（成十幾個人），我以為順number 嗌,點知過左我number 一問之下，我嗰杯熱飲原來一早已整好，佢唔記得嗌（因為我一早見到有杯似熱飲係佢做野嗰度，唔係枱面，我以為之前人地架！）The worse exp that I had for takeaway. I had ordered my drink and wait for over 30 mins knowing that there are 10 orders queuing before me but finally found out that my hot drink was ready around 30 mins ago when the staff are chit chatting and forgot to call my order. I feel disappointed as I was taking a lot of heavy stuffs with me at that time

I feel disappointed as I was taking a lot of heavy stuffs with me at that time for waiting 30 mins for the hot drink.
