I loved this restaurant when I use to travel to Milan all the time. However, the taste in HK seems to be different from Italy.以前出差到米蘭出差經常都會到這問餐廳吃晚飯。從記憶中香港的味道好像同米蘭有點差別。There was a press lunch being held on the day. Nonetheless, the atmosphere is nice, overlooking a full harbour view. Service was in training. The bread is fresh and fragrant. Crunchy crust plus chewy centre is definitely my favourite bread choice! There were three choices in the bread basket and I must say, I love all of them!!
他們招待的麵包很好吃，外脆內軟甚有口感。吃麵包都可以飽了。有三種不同的麵包每一款都有獨特之處，一樣很好吃。

Individuals who loves bread could give dish a try. The crust on the edge is thick but not bad, crunchy outside and chewy on the inside. It is with this dish that I realised that the fact is, the waitress herself wasn’t even sure what the dish is herself. Hence, could not relate to the client.
喜歡吃麵包的朋友可嘗試。邊比較厚但外脆內軟餡料用蕃茄芝士和火腿為重點。事實上如果服務員可解釋多一點我不會點這味菜。從這點看到服務員欠缺餐牌上食品的了解。

Meat is tender yet, it has a good chew to it. There’s a bit if saffron risotto on the side. It’s very fragrant and cooked just right to give it a bit of chew.
這味菜夠入味肉質夠霖。碟上的一邊有藏紅花燴飯，飯很香也夠囗感。

Clams were fresh and pasta al dente. Overall, the dishes were not heavy in salt. I prefer less salt, hence, I find it quite nice.
蛤蜊夠新鮮，意大利麵烹調得不太軟的，有嚼勁。正體來說，廚師用鹽重菜式較淡。個人來說較喜歡少用鹽的煮法。

Cannot forget to mention the desserts. We ordered a chocolate lava cake and a tiramisu. Both were not too sweet, tasted great.
不得不提的是甜品。這裡的甜品很出色。叫了一個心太軟及一個提拉米蘇。倆個甜品的甜味剛好。
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Seems that chef has combine milk chocolate with dark chocolate which balanced the sweetness.
可吃出心太軟用了黑巧克力及牛奶巧克力混合一起。

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Just the right portion of wine applied! In the past here have been some with too much of too little wine.
提拉米蘇用酒剛剛好。過往吃過很多酒味太濃又或不夠酒的。
