上個月去咗灣仔既@sayhi_hk ,而家先擺返啲食評上黎。Coin soup 好有粟米味,而且好滑。呢個餐廳唔似其他西式餐廳,真係要食晒前菜先會上第二度菜。尊重返西方嘅禮儀。Edward話佢lee方面做得好好Wonderfully juicy Portobello mushroom. Aldente spaghetti with just the right amount of creamy sauce. Often it's too much sauce or the spaghetti are too soft. 主菜方面叫咗個慢煮厚切豚肉
好出好多時出邊薯蓉只係配菜冇乜人注重,作為鍾意食嘢嘅我哋當然要薯蓉都要食埋啦。薯蓉好香牛油味,好滑,食落去冇一粒粒薯仔嘅感覺。感覺佢自己可以做一個主菜。

講返個主菜先,叫得慢煮個點肉一定係好軟林林,咬落去淡淡都係肉汁,豚肉本身已經係醃咗,有一定嘅鹹味,配上牛油,係絕對可以成親。

The pork is beautifully cooked with a slight crisp on the outside. The fat has a wonderful juicy flavor and is not chewy. The apple cinnamon is a great compliment, even the rocket is fresh and peppery.

嘢飲方面叫咗個blessed guardian
好香嘅moscato味,去邊有花瓣作裝飾,飲落唔係好大酒精味,絕對係一個可以呃女仔嘅飲品。事先提醒其實杯野酒精濃度都幾重㗎。酒精濃度方面有roku gin and moscato kirakira 11%(日本櫻花酒。

Snack platter:
- The abalone was well complimented by the salmon roe.
- the chicken wing had a great crunch and a good sauce.
- the scallop was tasty but the pork belly had a wonderful, meaty texture with a great fry on it.
- the juicy, marinaded oyster beautifully contrasts with the dryness and gentle aftertaste of the pancake.
- the chicken wings have a fresh, crunchy fry on the outside with tender meat inside.
- the cartilage dumpling has a pleasingly soft texture with little crunchy pieces of cartilage which goes well with the special Japanese sauce.
