Trying out Corefy, this Bohemian-inspired, full-floor cafe located in Tsuen Wan! Not only is this spot perfect for photos but their food definitely took me by surprise! 🏕️ Pic 1️⃣: 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚 𝑾𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒍𝒆 / 抹茶窩夫派對 - $158 hkd 🧇 — This really was a party on a plate 😂 look at all the different elements on here! The waffles had a crispy exterior, whilst the inside was still light and fluffy. The matcha taste was also quite prominent, which balanced out the sweetness from the red bean, ice cream and syrup.

— Really good! Loved the cheese and onion bagel which was super fragrant with a chewy texture which went really well with the avocado and savoury smoked salmon.

— Was really impressed by this salad and definitely recommend getting this if you’re looking for something light and healthy. The chicken breast was really well marinated and the meat was super tender and juicy. I loved the mango cubes in this which added a nice sweetness and acidity to the salad. The veggies were nice and crisp, and went well with the sesame dressing.

— A really pretty drink to look at but the drink was quite watered down and lacked a rich hojicha flavour. The drink tasted mainly of water and oat milk 😂 The tea jelly cubes were a nice addition, but again, were quite bland and didn’t have a strong tea flavour. Good concept but needs a bit more flavour.

— A very light and refreshing drink! The combination of grape, aloe vera and elderflower worked really well together and gave the drink a mild, sweet and floral taste. The grape bits added a good chew to the drink as well.
