紅菜頭沒有草青味 卻份外鮮甜 南瓜也很夠甜蜜
配上像乳酪的醬汁 增添細膩的感覺 真是超好食
配上洋蔥令口感變得爽脆 整體味道是甜而不膩

清新的好選擇 本來以為西蘭花跟四季豆會很硬

事實上全部蔬菜都很爽脆 是很易咬開的質感呢
蔬菜無草青味 相反是清甜的 最愛它配上的小米
小米口感軟糯 跟沙律很搭 整體沙律不油也不膩

Fregola Green Salad as my second pick, is exactly my love. The broccoli and green beans are refreshing and crispy. The millet are chewy that I love them very much. This salad isn’t oily but you’ll only taste the freshness.

很開心他們有提供純素的選擇 素食人士之福音
麵包帶有濃烈的麵粉香 當中還塗了少許番茄醬
甜酸的味道跟餡料的蔬菜是意外地合襯 更鮮甜
麵包包體鬆軟富彈性及水分 不會乾 且厚度適中
蔬菜餡料豐富 味道不會太清淡 反而是恰到好處
1份三文治真是大份得絕對足以令你飽足一整天

This sandwich is so finger-licking with the sweet and sour tomato sauce. The taste is just perfect. Not plain but not too heavy. I love the smell of yeasty bread that Its texture is so fluffy and soft.

跟西西里那款三文治截然不同 這款是更清爽的
因為它會有更多爽脆鮮甜的沙律菜作為餡料🫣
口感上更能感受到它多元的層次變化 更為滿足
而且這款三文治有我最愛的茄子 這是個加分位
This vegan sandwich also did a great job. It is different from the above sandwich. Having salad veggies inside become more crispy. But my Fav. would be those eggplant🍆.

也不時品嚐到抹茶的甘醇與澀 絕對是不錯喝

其實他們還有好多烘焙包點/甜品
每一款都是十分精緻！
撻點與酥皮類包點同樣地吸引！顏色繽紛！
蛋糕類嘅食物都好吸引！不過一次食唔晒太多
唯有等下一次再買啦😭😭😭😭
