My main goal of today is to try the Wonton Chicken in Claypot. Sometimes just don’t wanna have too much carbohydrate intake.The special characteristics of wonton here is those veggie are cut really fine and small. The size is a bit big, like I cannot swallow that in one bite. The wonton wrapper is a bit too thick. The chicken broth is not particularly good, tends to be too watery and with little seasoning. The chicken is fine, expected to have a juicy chicken legs and tough chicken breast.
