Had a late afternoon snacking session yesterday at this newly opened local noodle place. Super impressed! Polite staffs, clean environment, user friendly order form and easy to read menu!Ordered the Local braised beef brisket with turnips and pig blood puddings with veg, oh! and sided with beef broth veg! Oh! and one thing that surprises me that is, you wouldn't expect a fluent English speaking waiter at Mongkok specially in such authentic local cafe, and turns out he is the boss of the cafe, super friendly gentleman and told us his story and passion with Hong Kong local food ! Well done Ben! Keep it Up! Look for Ben when you visit and he will definitely introduce you to their specialty dishes!
