今次要介紹嘅係位於中環嘅金色不如帰,主打日式拉麵,東京本店更連續兩年取得米芝蓮一星,當中以貝汁拉麵最為著名,所以我哋就主力去試依款貝汁拉麵。結論係湯底清甜高質,惟份量偏少,價錢較貴。Ramen House Konjiki Hototogisu is located in Central, specializes in Japanese ramen, and they are best-known of their hamaguri soup ramen. 貝汁鹽味拉麵 (Shio Hamaguri Soup Ramen) $128
湯底由蜆、魚同豬骨熬製而成,混入海鮮後令湯底相比純豬骨湯更清甜,加上少量白松露油亦令層次更豐富。叉燒肥瘦適中,惟切得較薄。麵質一般,份量偏少。優點在於冇落味精,食完唔會覺得好口渴。
The soup is made from clams, fish and pork. By adding seafood, the soup becomes sweeter than a bowl of pure pork soup. Few drops of white truffle oil enrich the layers. Cha Shu tastes soft with an adequate level of fat, but it's too thinly sliced. The noodle is of average quality and the portion is quite small. Since no MSG is added, you won't feel thirsty after having this bowl of ramen.

貝汁醬油拉麵 (Shoyu Hamaguri Soup Ramen) $128
整體上與貝汁鹽味拉麵類似,湯底會鹹少少,但仍品嘗到蜆嘅鮮味。另外,一旁亦伴上牛肝菌粉同牛肝菌油,同拉麵一同品嘗味道不錯。
Overall, this is quite similar to the Shio Hamaguri Soup Ramen, except this is slightly saltier. In addition, it is served with porcini flakes and porcini oil, which tastes delectable together with ramen.
