And of course we had to get some sashimi! The plating was nice and it came on a hill of ice, so the fish could stay cool. They were all very fresh and plump.
如果你係三文魚控，黎到呢到一定要點佢嘅壽司同花之戀🤪 壽司飯嘅份量偏少，食多幾份都唔驚飽啦🤣
Their salmon sushi was especially outstanding, and the rice was quite small so you wouldn’t have to worry about filling up on them.
最期待嘅牛肉出場啦🐮 安格斯骰仔粒牛味香濃，牛里脊口感軟嫩，黑毛飛霜空降和牛入口即溶，西柚汁霜降和牛酸酸鹹鹹嘅配搭幾特別😋 佢哋仲有好多新穎嘅口味，下次去一定要試下！
The beef offered were diced beef, melt in your mouth Wagyu beef as well as a grapefruit Wagyu which was a special and surprisingly compatible combo.
豬肉方面更邪惡，個人推介用左BBQ醬醃製嘅豚后肉，食落無咁油膩😎 鹽燒一口骰仔豚油脂豐富，血池赤豚小排口感彈牙，配上甜辣嘅泡菜醬就更有風味😆
For pork, I’d recommend the BBQ infused pork belly to wash out the oiliness. We also got diced pork and kimchi pork which both were super fatty and succulent.
超人氣嘅柚子蜜薑同孜然味嘅雞中翼醃得非常入味，而且餐廳已經將佢切成單骨雞翼，方便大家進食🤘🏼大大塊嘅雞腿肉好鮮嫩，加埋椒鹽就更惹味🤤
They also had two flavours of chicken wings, which were yuzu ginger and cumin powder. Both gave the dish another level of zing, and the chicken was very tender.
想食返健康啲就嗌下啲菜啦🤭 芝士翠玉瓜，香草牛油冬菇，洋蔥等等，燒完後焦香味特別出🥳 戀人菠蘿超Juicy，食完可以消除所有燒肉嘅油膩感🍍
Of course there had to be veg. I especially loved the pineapples as the grilling process made it more juicy and sweet.
食完咁多都仲想食低更飽肚嘅嘢，所以要左碗石鍋香荽蠔仔粥🍲上碟嗰陣仲熱辣辣，裡面仲非常足料，有冬菇，紅蘿蔔同埋至少十幾隻蠔仔🦪 各位大胃王不妨試下啦😏
They also had filling dishes such as the oyster congee pot. It was piping hot and there were mushrooms, carrots and oysters, making this dish very aromatic.
放題點會無甜品呢🍮 最後有movenpick雪糕食，記得留返個位俾佢呀😝
