I would like to introduce this ‘thing’ to you guys, which is a salmon salad? I guess? With some unknown brown dressing.You may see they are very generous in terms of the portion of salmon. I just wanna say, they are tasteless! Those cut of the salmon are so plain that they need to use some unknown dressing to enhance its flavour, but unsuccessful. Better not be tricked by its appearance. Other than that, try to order some ‘normal’ nigiri or sashimi. They are in general in a better quality.
