Patisserie Yamakawa (已結業)

Yummy cake and beautiful for Mum unforgettable birthday gift. I love strawberry but it is not easy to buy sweet strawberry in Hong Kong. This cake has a lot of sweet strawberry and they are fresh. If you love strawberry, it is a must eat cake. I dun prefer soft cake texture but biscuit and tart, a bit like crispy. Inside the cake, it has chewy custard and at the bottom is tart. Not too much and too heavy. Next time i want to try the green tea cake.
