1. Overall attitude of the waitress/ workers was substandard. Was ignored 3 times from counter waitress standing near the cashier to take our order, before getting any reply and was told to just wait; asked for some napkins since there was none at counter or at front cashier, but was given attitude and told to get from the front (if there was, I wouldn’t need to ask); 2. 2. The trays to carry your food does not fit a standard set and the bento is placed on a slanted angle and sticking out of the try. The miso soup and sauces next to it are easy to spill.
Overall, the actual sirloin slice set was decent, however completely overshadowed and ruined by the poor performance and attitude from the people working there. Perhaps they were annoyed having to work on Christmas.
