今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於尖沙咀嘅十和田總本店，主打日本菜。室內裝潢以木系為主調，店內提供吧枱或者普通座位可供選擇。而落單採用QR code方式亦十分方便。Towada Sushi is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializes in Japanese cuisine. The three sashimi rice bowls are tuna, sea urchin, and crab respectively. The sushi rice tastes a bit than usual as it's seasoned with vinegar. Tuna tastes soft as it is minced thoroughly. The sea urchin is not as sweet as expected, but it won't have a fishy smell. The crab paste is rich in flavour, which is well suited to rice. Overall, we both agree that this is price competitive.

帆立貝刺身 (Scallop) $78
帆立貝厚切，肉質飽滿，口感柔軟，惟鮮甜味唔算突出。
The scallops are thickly sliced, which gives it a soft texture, yet the sweetness is not outstanding.

油甘魚刺身 (Hamachi) $68
油甘魚味道肥美，質感結實，值得欣賞。
We both love the hamachi, as it has a firm texture combined with a fatty taste.

季節切條墨魚刺身 (Cuttlefish) $48
份量慷慨，已經切成好多條，味道鮮甜，質感軟滑。
The cuttlefish is sliced into long pieces, and it tastes sweet and soft. The portion is quite large compared to the price.
