tim ho wan, i believe its english translation is " the lucky tim", boss name must be tim, and his surname is lucky. thats means he want to be lucky all this life and he did it sucessfully!.tim is a famous and hardworking dim sum chef, trying hard for his life to hand made dim sum and insisit its freshness everyday. he put a apprentice into his brench store and do not use the factory to mass produce his dim sum. im super appreciate his endeavor to his dim sum quality..... thats why he get michili

tim is a famous and hardworking dim sum chef, trying hard for his life to hand made dim sum and insisit its freshness everyday. he put a apprentice into his brench store and do not use the factory to mass produce his dim sum. im super appreciate his endeavor to his dim sum quality..... thats why he get michilin award. for the famous like his , he dont spread his stores to hundred likes mcdonald. he would rather remain 6 stores in hk to ensure the quality of food, perhaps he cannot find new apprentice for new store haha.


food is high quality. all are smilar to 利苑 and hotels chinese resto. but the price is 50% of compared to them.


the best dim sum is beef balls, its soft and very soft likes clouds, unlike the rest of resto that the elasticity and recoil texture. someone may dislike that is too fluffy and not taste like real beef balls and i dont give a hell shiit on them. yo!


without 10% service charge, normal lunch is arond 50$ for such high quality food. 對得住天地良心。
