山林道係我成日黎既一條街,皆因我好鍾意係到搵食。兩邊都好多食肆,各有特色,今次就黎到呢間尚上下夏,門面唔算特別吸引,不過個名絕對吸引到我。行經門口,已經傳出陣陣雞煲香,好自然就比佢引左入去。見佢點菜紙都好多野食選擇,掙扎左一陣要單鍋定係鴛鴦,諗諗下都係唔好眼闊肚窄,要返單鍋算啦。叫咗個雞胸半份,辣到揀咗中辣,今晚想刺激啲,哈哈。點知真係辣到飛起,下次都係叫返小辣怡情算啦。雞胸完全去晒骨,雞肉大大嚿,但一啲都唔鞋,好好食真心正!另外豬皮都非常吸引,吸晒啲湯汁。如果可以加埋蜂巢豆腐就Perfect啦,又係另一吸汁食物。因為中辣實在太辣啦,我哋食啲雞食咗三分之二,就請店員幫我地加湯。今次叫咗個雞湯,因為見隔離枱食得好過癮,跟風試吓先。叫咗筒蠔,百幾蚊有六大隻。淥完一啲都冇縮水仲好大隻啖啖肉。而且蠔肉都算新鮮,唔會一陣臭腥味。鬼馬墨魚,聽個名都幾得意喎,就叫你試吓先。原來係油炸鬼上面鋪左墨魚滑,另加蟹籽。店員仲特登提醒我哋淥兩分鐘就好食啦,唔係就會太淋。果然時間啱啱好,墨魚滑熟咗,油炸鬼唔會淋到一Pat野咁,蟹籽仲脆卜卜,口感非常唔錯。仲叫咗個四川苕粉,其實好似紅薯寬粉咁樣,淥熟咗就煙煙韌韌,
