London名餐廳Duck & Waffle 係IFC都開左一輪時間,終於有機會黎朝聖啦店內燈光暗暗的,好有格調,襯返個環境緊係要叫返杯白酒,一邊飲一邊吹下水,真係好好feel Duck & waffle油封鴨腿+靚煎蛋+waffle, 鴨腿肉質嫩既,但表面我覺得略乾,好彩有隻流心蛋抵消個乾感,waffle夠鬆脆,3樣分開食係好味,但一齊食我就覺得唔夾Beef Tartare他他牛混入左d 醃過既洋蔥,蔥,同埋一d好似雪菜既醃菜,成個味好夾,配埋塊croute一齊食,好好味Spiced Ox Cheek Doughnut呢個波波外型已經好趣緻,出面個醬汁係杏脯jam, 而入面就係牛面頰肉,兩者既味道有種好強烈既對比,係你估唔到既味道Pollock Fish Balls龍蝦忌廉再加埋Parmesan crymble,個種香味真係難以形容,你淨係好想快d放入口,不過因為味道太濃,唔係好食到本身魚既味道Maple Glazed Cornbread, Whipped Harissa ButterCornbread 上面淋上一層糖漿,個cornbread 混入左harissa butter所以辣

Cornbread 上面淋上一層糖漿,個cornbread 混入左harissa butter所以辣辣地又咸咸地,成個presentation 係又甜又辣又咸咁,我覺得怪怪的
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
椰菜仔同意大利煙肉一齊炒,再加上乾蔥碎係面,即刻個味道昇華左
Steak & chips
牛就煎得岩岩好medium,正常既味道,反而個薯仔切到好似一舊磚咁,中間再切成一層層,炸到金黃色再灑上少少鹽,好好味,幾有驚喜
呢度環境一定無得輸,但食物方面,好多都係同一道菜注入了又咸又甜既配搭,我個人就麻麻,試一次夠了
張貼
