約了朋友在旺角逛街,就來蘇媽·蘇媽先吃個晚餐。


▶️肉骨茶 - 一字骨
喝杯肉骨茶補補身體🥰,問了店員才知道,原來他們肉骨茶的配方有所調整,以前他們家的肉骨茶中藥味偏重,調整過後,現在的肉骨茶中藥味減少,用枸杞增加甜味,肉就不用說,啖啖肉、嫩🍖。


▶️咖央多士
果然咖央多士怎麼吃也不夠🤣。


▶️串燒
我們點齊了三款🐷🐮🐔,相信他們店的肉應該是有調味,但並不太明顯,所以一定要沾沙嗲醬吃🤣。

▶️ Bak Kut Teh
Had a bowl of Bak Kut Teh to boost our energy🥰Asked the staff, and I found out that they’ve adjusted their Bak Kut Teh recipe. In the past, their Bak Kut Teh had a stronger Chinese medicinal flavor. After the adjustment, the medicinal taste is milder, and they add goji berries to enhance the sweetness.


▶️ Kaya Toast
As expected, you can never have enough of kaya toast 🤣.


▶️ Skewers
We ordered three types🐷🐮🐔. I believe the meat is seasoned, but it’s not too obvious. So, you definitely need to dip them in satay sauce to enjoy the full flavor🤣.
