Walking around soho on a sunny Saturday, you just want to stay with the air-conditioner. My friend brought me to a new opened restaurant for lunch and I am really excited about it. Going up with the long soho escalator, finally we arrived the restaurant. The interior is based on two simple colour, black and white, which I feel quite cozy about it. Going up with the long soho escalator, finally we arrived the restaurant. The interior is based on two simple colour, black and white, which I feel quite cozy about it. Since we arrived around 12pm, there weren't much customers at the restaurant.

The signature dishes are the Crêpe, which cook in both hot dish and dessert. We were starving, hence we decide to order two crêpes to share.

Specks arrived ahead, you can smell a cheesy sense from far. The ingredients for this are rather simple, egg, cheese, diced bacon and crêpe. The medium cooked egg yolk looks really appealing and it works perfectly with the rest of the ingredients. The edge of the Crêpe is slightly crispy and the middle is more soft like a thin pancake. There are plenty of mozzarella cheese within the Crêpe and the chopped bacon has added a bit of crunchy texture. Nonetheless, it is quite heavy as there are lot of cheese and diced bacon.

While we were snapping the specks, Salmon has been served to the table also. They used Emmental cheese, salmon, red onion, capers and dill. The sour capers and dill are always work well with the salmon, which it can highlight the fishy salmon flavor. There is a sliced of lemon to decorate the dish, yet it is more than just a decoration, few drops of lemon juice can neturalize the heavy taste. Every ingredients are unmissable for this delicious dish.

We were pretty full due to the Crêpe, however the dessert is the most attractive one here, how can we leave without it?? Thus, we ended our lunch with this Straws, the strawberry Crêpe. The pink and red colour can represents the sweet and sour taste. There are some frozen strawberries within the ice cold strawberry icecream. Wrap the strawberry, icecream and cream with the crêpe, then eat them all at once. The sweet and sour can definitely freshen up the hot summer!
