Hotal Colombo is a small restaurant on Elgin Street. They have a nice open kitchen with a small bar, this allows the customers to watch what is happening in there.From outside the Restaurant looks like a small Grocery Store, from inside the colors light blue and pink are dominant.The staff is very friendly and very patient, they stay friendly even when a guest is asking for 10 minutes similar questions before taking a decision on what to order.I had Masala Dosa with Sambhar, Coconut Chutney and

The staff is very friendly and very patient, they stay friendly even when a guest is asking for 10 minutes similar questions before taking a decision on what to order.
I had Masala Dosa with Sambhar, Coconut Chutney and Chicken Curry with Paratha.
The Dosa was OK but not among the best I had in the past. I’m not sure but I had the feeling that the Dosa was reheated.
The Chicken Curry was very nice, spicy but still had a lot of flavors.
I will definitely come back I need to try the Dosa’s
