I went to Essence to celebrate my wife's birthday and I say I would never go there again. 嚐「嶼」味自助晚餐 is just a deceiving slogan. Beware!!!!!!!While some dinners were impolite and never queued up.Please note that,Essence claims that they will serve 花蟹、花甲、河蝦、海螺，回本海鮮之選，簡單以魚湯烚熟，保留鮮味 - 没有的紅酒蝦膏燴琵琶骨 - 肉是梅花膠雞茸忌廉湯 - 没有花膠, thick 忌廉湯, 很差 瑤柱海鮮高湯浸海鱸魚 - 没有的海膽章魚燒 - 没有 海膽的傳統茶果 - 没有的

I have complained to The HK Consumer Council. I hope Openrice would not delete this comment and must alert other potential dinners.
