I really like this Cha Chaan Teng which has been in existence for many years. To be honest not everything here is good either - there has been some sub-par stir fried dishes or rices here. Eg. Don't order anything with Char Siu here Anyway their Signature Cheung Fan 三代同堂 is made with a trio mixture of Dried Shrimps incorporated into the rice roll, Fresh Sea Prawns inside, and then finished with a sprinkle of Prawn Roes externally. All mixed in with a bit of spring onion and parsley. S
