Visited a super popular chicken paitan ramen spot🤩 Arrived at noon on a weekend and had to wait about 30 minutes😳
Ordered their classic 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐮 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧, and wow, the slow-cooked chicken breast was incredibly tender!! way better than expected😍 Chicken charsiu was packed with flavour, paired perfectly with fragrant green onions, bringing out the rich, aromatic essence of the broth😋
The soup had a frothy top, creamy and full-bodied, with a smooth, silky texture🤍 Went for both the thin, chewy white noodles and the yellow ones that clung to the broth so well😚 The base was rich yet light, with no hint of MSG — pure, clean deliciousness🍜✨
