Oddly empty after the renovation, the joint now offers Mendel's notorious bagel on weekends for breakfast.The bagel itself was indeed thick and perfectly toasted, and there was a lot of egg shoveled on liberally topped with two slices of crunchy but not completely dried out bacon. Heard lots good things about shady acres, finally got a chance to try, and didn’t disappoint at all! We ordered impossible burger, mussels, meat balls, seabass crudo and fries. I loveee everything we ordered! Especially the impossible burger ! So so so so good! The bread was soft, the size was right, everything goes so well together and almost like melt in my mouth! 這一家很多人推薦的酒吧，客人大多醉翁之意不在酒，而是他們的植物肉漢堡(impossible burger)。植物肉，是指以植物原料製作，模仿動物肉品的口感、味道或外觀的食物製品。這個漢堡本身不包括在午市套餐內，但詢問後他們也同意額外加$40給我們套餐的前菜和飲品。堅持需要套餐是因為他們的前菜實在是太棒了，一般的套餐只會給你沙拉或湯，但他們足足有五款！包括蘋果沙拉🥗、水牛芝士、魚肉吐司、肉丸還有蘑菇烤西蘭花🥦。每一樣分量不大但味道很有水準。（朋友覺得沙拉醋味太酸但我覺得還可以。）主菜方面我們點了一個豬排和植物肉漢堡，豬排調味恰當，配合醬汁一起吃味道不錯，但美中不足之處是肉質略韌，因為豬排瘦肉較，多如果能夠用脂肪多一點的部位會更好。來到重頭戲的漢堡，吃起來真不像吃蔬菜，口感和吃肉沒太大分別，另外漢堡醬汁帶點辣刺激食慾（我還吃到一點點花生醬的味道)，真的是值得推薦！另外店舖外邊向着街道的座位也是一大打卡位，喜歡拍照的人也可以順便拍一下呢～Shady Acres 中環卑利街46號地下
