The restaurant is decorated with nice,modern stylish interior design! . There are 3 hotpot dinner buffet with different prices to choose from.we chose the most expensive ones with SRF wagyu beef all you can eat! A fresh seafood platter with Boston lobster,abalone and other seafood is served once we sat down the Boston lobster is fresh and sweet! . . Each customer can enjoy braised abalone with mushroom the abalone is tender and soft ,not rubbery at all the SRF wagyu beef has evenly distributed marbled fat,soft and tender ther are also array of hotpot ingredient that are all you can eat such as clams,cuttlefish,scallops,osyters...etc I loveeeeee the homemade wontons and dumplings with whole shrimp and black ear fungus as the filling arrays veggies，ice cream ,appetitzers are on the self served bar outside, all you can eat

We always go to kowloon city branch. No problem there. Best service with smiles and warm greetings. The we head to Hollywood Plaza. First of all no wa greetings, no smiles. Second Chicken Mushroom is very watery where as a soup is suppose to be thick. Thirdly Minestrone Soup I spot a fly and asked for a change(glad they really changed it not just moving the bug 🥲😂) fourthly I've asked for a less ice Pepsi Max as it's for my kids. Instead gave me a whole block of ice with Pepsi 😂😂 Gave me a Pepsi without ice at all which tasted like water. fifthly (if that's even a word) the carbonara was bland. I had to add 3 packets of cheese and big of black better for a taste at least.& pizza was burnt. oh My my... Will surely not be coming back and just stick to kowloon city plaza instead. This branch at Hollywood Plaza at Diamond Hill is very spacious, particularly under Covid-19. Haven’t visited this Taiwanese noodles shop for quite some time and luckily they can still maintain their food quality. I particularly love the beef soup base of the noodles. I would always finish drinking the soup. The prickles are a must as it really helps enhance the taste of the noodles. The dumplings are of the standard and I really love the fried sweet potatoes with plum powder! Also, the waitresses there were with great hospitality!

今次來到【牛大人台灣火鍋吃到飽】旺角荷李活商業中心地庫分店，星期五晚到達分店門口，已經看到有很多人在等待，人氣爆燈非浪得虛名，等待期間看到四周都貼有卡通〈蠟筆小新〉的蹤影，很可愛又可以打卡，而且還有限量精品可以換購，如果是〈蠟筆小新〉迷就不要錯過了。

今次又點選了最貴的澳洲極上和牛吃到飽套餐，每位$308，可以在120分鐘內到自助火鍋配料吧及任點肉類，真的可以盡情吃到飽為止，最欣賞是他們上菜速度極快，可以一次過品嚐多款食品。
而套餐可以在十款台式特色湯底中任選一款，我們選了最心得大家喜愛的人氣湯底:牛大人紅燒牛骨鍋(少辣)，湯底有濃郁牛骨香味，亦有牛骨在湯底中慢熬，非常惹味，忍不住喝了幾口湯底。

而上次必食之選除了有【澳洲和牛牛丸】、【澳洲和牛M5牛肩卷】、【牛胸爽】、【美人花膠】、【枝竹】、【梅甘酥脆薯】、【蟹籽墨魚漿】、【招牌凍豆腐】、【水蓮】等等。

*由於食物選擇實在太多，今次主要點選了之前沒有品嚐過的食品。

⭐️〈拔絲芝心包〉包著很多芝士而且有長長拉絲效果，芝士迷必食。
⭐️〈秘製鴨血〉厚身嫩滑有質感，由於供應不是很穩定，如果看到有，實屬必叫之選。
⭐️〈冷泡茶〉有很多款選擇，洛神花味道不會太酸，少少甜味增加開胃感。
⭐️〈章魚珍珠漿〉包著大大粒章魚，爽口彈牙，非常有咬口。
⭐️〈美國PRIME極級肩里肌〉肉質嫩滑，輕輕一灼，就可以吃，很有牛味。
⭐️〈台灣鱸魚片〉有魚味，肉質軟嫩，但又不會一夾碎開，不錯。
⭐️〈豬雪花肉片〉外觀很像豬頸肉，但油花較多，口感爽脆。 【18+冬瓜茶】(另加HK$38) 威士忌+冬瓜茶，兩種味道都很突出，想喝少少酒的朋友，可以試試。 放題完結前半小時，店員會向客人提供是日甜品餐單，基本上有三款口味的Häagen-Dazs 雪糕提供，另可以選擇【台中．仙草凍】。

Looking for an all you can eat Hot Pot that has wagyu beef? Check out Master Beef! They have chains all over HK, TST, Sha Tin - there’s 2 in MK alone! I went to the one at Hollywood Plaza and it was massive. There were also quite a line to get in, so be sure to go early to skip the line to this sought out restaurant 😍 . Offering variations of beef, pork, vegetables, balls, and standard hot pot ingredients. They place most of the vegetables and balls all together for you to pick. And there’s a whole fridge for you to pick your drink - I would recommend trying their cold brew tea!! There’s a wide variation of flavours to choose from. Also, they’re called master beef for a reason, offering almost all of the parts of the beef - you could taste the different toughness from different cuts. Best part - ice cream for dessert! Overall, amazing experience and definitely met my hot pot cravings! My must-try items for this place are: 🥩 Sliced Australian Wagy 🐟 Taiwanese Snapper 🍵 Cold Brew Tea 🥣 Onion Sauce for Beef (must get sauce for your beef)

逢星期日屋企人都會去Hollywood plaza搵食，而今次我地食既就係之前都有食過既越棧，我地覺得佢係Hollywood甘多間入面算係最抵食得黎又有差唔多既水準，真係算得上唔錯。 今次我地係六點九呢個星期日黎講算繁忙既時間入去，唔洗等位呢點要讚，之後我地點左個小食拼盤套餐同兩碗河粉，146蚊既小食拼盤連兩杯特飲真係好平，珍多冰都算好飲，而蝦餅真係超好食！。 之後上黎既胡椒豬扒河粉同蝴蝶蝦河粉，都係不過不失之選！最後三人埋單唔洗加一每人90蚊，算抵！

逢星期六我都同呀媽兩人黎個tea(唔洗high),今次我地揀Hollywood plaza既bugis海南雞專門店，其實呢間餐廳我地之前都食過幾次，都有一定既水準，所以今次我地都揀返呢間食下午茶。 今次我地叫左個芒果雪糕班戟，另外仲叫左個豬頸肉撈麵，連埋兩杯桔仔特飲，真係好refreshing。 先講講個班戟，熱得黎又配個vanilla雪糕，連埋酸甜既芒果汁同芒果，可以話係絕配，食到我地停唔到口。 而且個豬頸肉撈麵都好重沙嗲味，夠惹味，碗冬瓜湯更係神來之筆，升華左個下午茶。我地下次會再黎食

Sunday days off are a bit rare for in my line of work. And when I get it, I try to make the most of it by having brunch. Thus, boyfriend and I decided to explore the San Po Kong area for any hidden eateries in the area. A friend decided to join us and so we spent a good amount of time figuring out what to eat as it seemed everyone had the same idea with lengthy queues every where. That was until we arrived at a blue building with an open door and only a menu placed outside.


Coti the Bistro is located a walk away from Hollywood Plaza. 


The space inside was large and spacious. They seemed busy as people were just leaving so we didn't have to wait long for a table.


Things I found interesting ... a mask holder. Useful if you don't have one.

Menu is in English and Chinese. During the weekend they have a brunch menu that includes a soup or salad.




They also have an all day menu that includes a soup or salad and a drink. You can add $24 to upgrade your drink to a signature coffee.







I  had the Tiramisu Coffee ($48, but $24 with set upgrade). This was very interesting indeed as the top was a very stretchy marscapone cheese cream. It was topped with chocolate powder and the strong espresso was on the bottom layer.



Boyfriend had the Sparkling Lemon Coffee ($42 but $24 with set upgrade). The coffee was served in a mini beaker which you pour over the sparkling lemon soda.



It definitely was a fun drink. The combination worked, too. Making the lemon a refreshing element to the coffee.





Boyfriend ordered from the All Day Menu and had the Borscht Soup. This was very strong in tomato taste and was more like a ministrone than borscht. 




I decided on the Apple Salad for my set. This was dressed in  sesame dressing. The greens were fresh and the apple very crunchy. The orange was sweet as well.




When food arrived, we realized portions were large enough to share, so we did.

Rigotoni with Prawns and Handmade Pesto Sauce ($72).  The pesto was fresh tasting. There were large fresh prawns found throughout. The pasta was perfectly cooked. We also found some very juicy mushrooms throughout as well.


Fried Chicken and Maple Syrup with Pancakes ($82). This dish was great. Probably my favorite we ordered. The chicken was delicious. Crispy coating that was well seasoned and a tiny bit of spiciness while drizzled with the sweet syrup. The pancakes were small but fluffy and topped with crumbled pistachio. Not undercooked as well. And they even provided us with more syrup when we asked for it.




Wild Caught Crab Meat Submarine ($91). This was cute! At first we expected crab meat on toast but that isn't wht it was at all. Instead you were given delicious sweet crab meat topped on these adorable mini avocados. I didn't even know they sold avocados this small!?! They included pancakes and a side of salad.



Service  was fine and the place was comfortable. Food was well presented and tasted fine. Seemed a bit hidden but then we realized it was so close to Hollywood Plaza, it wasn't very far at all. Portions were generous and price not overly expensive. Would probably be back.

The afternoon tea was so light that I felt hungry very soon and decided to grab two ice cream scoops at Haagen Dazs. A single cost $59 so a double at $65 seemed to be of better value for money.  Strawberry and Macadamia Nut Waffle Cone at $65 Both strawberry and macadamia nut were our all time favourite with real strawberry pieces and chopped macadamia nuts and the ice cream was very smooth and the flavour was naturally yummy. However, why was the strawberry scoop bigger than the macadamia nut one? It was Ok when discounted by price. 



We often visit the CWB branch and this Hollywood Plaza branch was better as there were a few sofa seats next to the counter at the corner so that you can dine in on our own. There was no dining in area and there was only an ice cream counter.

難得放半天假， 約了朋友去鑽石山 hollywood Plaza 睇戲，平日去易買票，位置任揀 時間唔夠去飲茶，但又唔想食漢堡包，不知何時在戲院旁邊開了間小型風月堂洋果子 bar，當然要試😀😀 位置在角落坐位不多， 通常都是食完趕住去睇戲 ，不會久留 本來想食雪糕窩夫，店員推介話部機係美國入口， 做出來的效果特別不同， 因為趕住入場， 匆匆叫了 肉鬆紫菜沙律班戟和蟹柳鴨胸絲拿破崙長通粉，下次再試窩夫 班戟好大件 紫菜肉鬆餡料多 外層烘焙爽脆，入口融化 蟹柳鴨胸絲拿破崙長通粉 長通粉軟硬恰到好處，配蕃茄醬汁開胃，長通粉特大條，好飽肚 柚子茶和檸檬薑蜜 記得 like and share 有著數🤗🤗 匆匆食完， 便趕住入場了😀😀
