位於青山道368號喜韻商場地下2號舖的餃串Party,主打自家製作餃子及串燒。。店內有四至五張四人枱,繁忙時間可能需要併桌。筆者當日為星期日午飯時段,二人來用餐,需要和另外一對情侶併桌。店舖採用手機掃描二維碼下單,下單後約五分鐘,飲品和前菜便陸續上桌。。📌煎餃雙拼(8隻) - $50~粟米芝士豬肉餃(+HK$2)煎餃是即點即生煎,需時約十五分鐘。外皮煎得十分香口,仍能保持微微的韌性,和預先煎好的餃子味道差天共地。粟米餃子是預先將粟米攪碎,粟米的味道更為出眾。。~涼瓜豬肉餃涼瓜勁成丁粒,味道回甘,不會太過濃郁苦澀,而且能更突出豬肉鮮甜的味道。煎餃頗為飽肚,女孩子吃五至六件也夠飽了,筆者則額外買了一個小盒子。將其餘三件外帶回家。。📌單點-激濃蕃茄薯仔甘筍粟米碎肉湯~絕無味精 - $18煎餃口感上相對乾身,所以點了一碗老火湯滋潤一下,老火湯的款式也會不定期轉換。店員端來了一碗大湯,喝一口熱湯,肚子暖暖的,相當幸福。。這碗湯相當足料,蕃茄味濃厚,感覺仿如在蕃茄海內暢泳。。📌當歸花雕醉雞卷 - $38凍醉雞卷有著十分濃厚的花雕和當歸的味道,雞卷啖啖肉,吃起來十分過癮滿足。📌涼拌黑白雲耳 - $30這款前菜相當清爽,而且份量豪爽,絕對夠兩位成人享用。黑白雲耳開胃又爽口,黑醋的味道頗為突出。📌手工冷泡洛玫瑰神花茶650ml - $15📌手工冷泡蜜桃烏龍茶650ml - $15兩款冷泡茶的茶味都頗為濃郁,感覺清爽消滯,不會太過甜。筆者今次吃了可口的煎餃,與蜜桃烏龍茶更為合襯。📌沙嗲雞、沙嗲豬 - $11 (串)除了餃子,這間小店也提供即燒串燒。 兩款串燒的沙嗲味也頗為濃郁。筆者頗喜愛外脆裡面juicy的雞串燒。。餃串Party📍 青山道368號喜韻商場地下2號舖 繼續閱讀

今次路過長沙灣想食餃子🥟但唔想次次都食甜記於是就入左黎呢間小店🏡今次叫左個粟米芝士豬肉湯餃同雲耳椰菜冬菇豬肉湯餃🤤餃子一上到黎睇落都皮薄餡靚喎😊湯飲落都冇味精👍🏻湯料d肉都好食😝不過可惜湯淡左少少但都好飲呀😗個辣菜蒲好惹味🤫我一啖餃子一啖菜蒲🫢配埋個米線食完好飽😂見到隔離枱有叫串燒同小食果d幾吸引🤩下次有機會會再黎試下呀😛😋味道:7/10價錢:7/10環境:7/10服務:7/10 繼續閱讀

煎餃雙拼(8隻)$50湯餃雙拼(8隻)+米線$56沙嗲雞一串$11沙嗲牛一串$13墨魚咀一串$18雞翼芝士餃(期問限定)$20免治軟骨雞肉棒$15豆漿$12好味指數:😋😋😋😋抵食指數:💲💲💲💲💲環境舒適:😌😌😌😌環境衛生:🧹🧹🧹🧹🧹服務質素:💁🏼‍♀️ 💁🏼‍♀️ 💁🏼‍♀️ 💁🏼‍♀️最近發現長沙灣新開了一間小店,店名玩味十足。如其名,一間店既有餃子🥟,也有供應串燒。同一間店可同時吃到這2樣食物,比較少有。二人點了湯餃、煎餃及串燒。為保持質素,所有食物都是即叫即煮,而不是預先準備,店亦有提醒🔔客人等候時間會較一般快餐店長。餃子大大隻,皮夠薄,塞滿餡料,脹卜卜。湯餃的湯底不是味精湯,而是店煲的湯。當天就是蕃茄薯仔甘筍粟米🌽洋蔥碎肉湯,好鮮甜。加入微辣菜脯更惹味。煎餃煎得香脆可口。餃子共有6款,其中一款是素餃。我自己最喜歡的是椰菜冬菇雲耳豬肉餃,口感不錯又夠香。試了5款串燒,全部都不會燒得太乾身。沙嗲串微甜。墨魚咀爽口。免治軟骨雞肉棒肉夠綿,軟骨咬落爽脆,增加口感。釀了芝士的雞翼芝士餃夠邪惡。 繼續閱讀

長沙灣餃串💁🏻‍♀️栗米芝士豬肉餃,口感香糯,芝士的濃郁和豬肉的鮮美完美融合,一口咬下去,滿口都是香濃的味道。💛椰菜冬菇豬肉餃,豬肉和蔬菜的搭配,口感鮮美,營養豐富。🫶🏻串燒:沙嗲牛肉也非常值得一試,香辣的沙嗲醬汁與鮮嫩的牛肉完美結合,口感鮮美,香味四溢。免治軟骨雞肉棒則是另一種風味,雞肉糜與軟骨的搭配,口感層次豐富,味道獨特。最後別忘了試試台灣黑椒腸,黑椒香味濃郁,口感彈牙。還有涼拌青瓜等涼菜供你選擇。清脆爽口的青瓜搭配特製的醬汁,酸甜適中,非常開胃。 繼續閱讀

長沙灣深水埗呢頭多咗好多新樓,見政府最近撤辣,就過嚟呢頭睇吓有冇好盤。行到攰攰地見到呢間新開嘅餃子店個名幾得意就入去睇吓。由於係新店,門面都比一般餃子店企理。行到入去更加覺得同傳統嘅餃子店唔,店主都好有心好大方,幾十蚊碗餃子,但係坐得好舒服。空間十足,冷氣又夠。餃子同菜單寫嘅一樣脹卜卜。叫咗個煎餃一咬落去即刻爆汁😍灌湯餃嘅湯底亦好有心思,啱晒時令,呢排又濕又熱,湯底用咗粉葛扁豆赤小豆甘筍粟米豬骨湯。啱晒去濕,清熱毒。飲落去有家的味道。串燒黎計,比較喜歡翠玉瓜都係多汁鮮。最正嘅係個醉雞卷,一拎過嚟當歸嘅味道已經撲鼻,食落酒嘅味道亦都好濃郁。讚👍🏻另外一個加分位係佢嘅支裝手工冷泡茶,竟然會落兩個茶包,坊間鮮有。飲落非常之清新解渴。😋In Cheung Sha Wan and Sham Shui Po, there have been many new buildings popping up. Since the government recently withdrew some stringent measures, so I came over here to see if there were any good properties. Walking till I was exhausted, I spotted a new dumpling shop with an interesting name and decided to check it out.As a new shop, its storefront was more organized than the average dumpling shop. Walking in, I felt even more that it was different from traditional dumpling restaurants. The owner was very generous and attentive, offering a bowl of dumplings for just a few tens of Hong Kong dollars, but the seating was remarkably comfortable. The place was spacious and well air-conditioned.The dumplings were just as plump as the menu had promised. I ordered a plate of pan-fried dumplings and they burst with juice at the first bite 😍The soup for the dumplings was also carefully thought out, perfect for the current season, which has been hot and humid. The soup was made with kudzu, hyacinth bean, adzuki bean, carrot, corn, and pork bone broth, ideal for dispelling dampness and clearing heat. It tasted just like home.As for the skewers, I particularly liked the juicy zucchini.The best dish was the drunken chicken roll. As soon as it was brought over, the aroma of Angelica sinensis was overwhelming, and the taste of the alcohol was very rich. Thumbs up 👍🏻Another highlight was their bottled cold brew tea, which surprisingly contained two tea bags, a rarity among other places. It was extremely refreshing and thirst-quenching. 😋 繼續閱讀
