We used to have dim sum in this restaurant every other weekend because the dim sum was good in particular the 鮑汁雞腳.But the recent visit was very disappointing as the 鮑汁雞腳 no longer taste good. In fact it was taste-less. The sauce was like water...  繼續閱讀

某晚跟家人到銅鑼灣晚飯,想吃的家人不吃(難道叫爸媽去吃日本菜或者 cafe 嗎),選擇其實只有中菜;行到銅鑼灣廣場二期對開,抬頭一望,見肇順名匯未吃過,就提議來吃了。(回想起來,應該是被電台廣告洗腦太久才會選這裡的。)同集團在此設有宴會廳(不過用上不同的名字),因此店內是類似擺酒的格局,但其實佈置都幾簡潔,不是太富麗堂皇的說。魚池裡養著各式河鮮,大大隻字寫著有八折優惠;但其實大部份的魚我都不認識,要點菜就比較困難了。 因要等齊人,我努力地翻著餐牌解悶,沒有人來催我點菜(可能那時人客還不太多),倒是我覺得有點不好意思。家鄉煎釀豆腐 ($58):既然是賣河鮮/順德菜的店,就要吃些順德菜啦,煎釀豆腐便是經典;豆腐抹上薄薄的魚膠,以香蔥豉油煎香,魚肉香酥豆腐軟嫩,送飯最佳。銅盤焗走地雞(半隻 $78)用一隻像臉盆的銅製盆子上菜,用錫紙蓋著,侍者之後剪開錫紙,一陣香氣隨即飄出,就是薑蔥蔥頭等的香味;雞件皮薄油份不多,感覺都幾「走地」,不算滑但「家鄉」等味幾重的。  河鮮方面,一家人經過熱烈的討論之後,決定吃薑蔥煎焗長江敏魚 ($15/兩,我們吃的是 1 斤 4 兩左右)。其實也是香口的東西,因為魚件已先炸過才放到鍋裡焗,多少掩蓋了魚本身的肉質和味道,也比較油,好在這種魚本身魚肉也是結實一點的。吃著此魚感覺有點似曾相識,好像很久很久以前在家裡吃過;而且看它名字,會否跟用來做魚肝油的鰵魚有點關係呢? 飯後糖水有紅豆沙、南瓜西米露、豆腐花和黑糯米選擇,老媽以前在此吃過豆腐花說不好吃,又不喜黑糯米,結果要了前兩款。都吃了一點,通病就是太甜,但是送的就別要求太多了。連白飯三碗,四人吃了近五百元,沒辦法在外面吃魚的話也要咁上下價錢。諷刺的是,當晚電視上正播映《窮富翁大作戰 II》,看著做清潔工的田二少拿著每天只有 $50 的生活費,大歎七仔飯盒也買不起的時候,就在想著我們是否吃得太過份了... 繼續閱讀

We decided to give this restaurant a try after seeing so many good reviews and a score of 3.8. 5 of us went there for regular dinner. However, we were totally disappointed. Service: POOR!! When i entered the restaurant, because the table we so close to each other, one waitress bumped into my shoulder and she didn't even stop to appologize. After we sat down, a middle age waitress came by and highly recommended the 珍珠魚, since she said that's a very good dish, we decided to go with it. She immediately ran to the kitchen without saying a word and didn't even finish taking the rest of the order. When she returned in 3 minutes, she said the fish is 3斤9, and is already killed and cleaned. We were furiously mad after hearing that because the price is $19 per 兩 and we only have 5 people, how can we finish the fish among us?! and how can she not confirm with us the size of the fish before killing it! When we confronted her this, she gave us a long face and didn't back down. She just wanted to sell the high margin fish and didn't care if we can finish it. We asked for the manager and finally settled with a larger half of the fish. This experience totally ruined our mood.Food: 珍珠魚兩食 is actually the best dish of the night, but we still couldn't finish the dish. We also order another dish the manger highly recommended: 碌鵝 - so-so, the geese meat was tough, dry and tastless, but the sauce was actually good.野雞卷 - , very fattening, and my father-in-law said he wanted to vomit after eating one piece上湯浸唐生菜 - standard veggies, can't go really wrong with this局魚腸 - so-so, not as good as the one my grandma used to make. 廣告聽得多,飲茶就第一次,可惜是不快的經驗。星期日早市都有特價,不過要12點3埋單。坐低時見未夠12點,還有接近半個鐘時間,火速在點心紙剔了4款點心。不久送上咸水角。是涼的!期待的心也涼了一截。之後等呀等,等呀等,見不少食客陸續埋單,我們的點心卻無影。找部長催催,才知漏了一樣點心無落單。不打緊,少一味也無所謂,最緊要咸薄餅及煎蝦米腸及時送到。結果剛好趕及。先去埋單,連茶錢加一只是$34,無疑是便宜,不過相信是即煎的薄餅與腸粉,奇怪地並非熱辣。前者不香亦無焦脆位,後者的蝦米少,同樣無好感。或者此店精於河鮮晚飯,點心非其強項,未可作準。不過在這非繁忙時段也無人沖水,感覺實在不爽! 繼續閱讀

上次食都差唔多三個月之前,但都要評下哩度,因為真係好得..我地差唔多17個人食..本身冇預更多,點知加下加下加到17個人坐張12個人台,迫就緊係啦,因為人地都冇諗住我地更多人黎,不過迫得黎重更加親切,我地係叫一圍咁ge形式,其實份量都係12人份,,但碟碟都非常大碟17個人食都足夠,,蟹炊加到每人一隻,超好味又大隻,入面全部都係蟹肉咁真係好好味,芝士蝦肉e麵,,好多汁好有芝士味,蝦又已經去哂x得返D肉,,好正重有個好似奇妙炸蝦又係好好味!!哩度係食河鮮為主,,所以好多野都好岩口味~正正正中途個同事打破左隻杯,個職員超緊張我地有冇事..總括服務都係一流!! 繼續閱讀
